I actually wouldn’t even give them even 1 star!!!
I received a voucher as a present form my friend for luxury mani/pedi, but never really had a chance to use it, because never could make an appoinrment as they were too busy. And here I’m talking about MONTHS. Here I should say, that when I called couple of days prior to the voucher expiry date, a lady on the reception offered me an appointment in a month time(which actually gave me a chance to finally use the voucher even out of it’s valid dates). When in a month time I called them to confirm my booking and ask for the directions, the receptionist was rather RUDE, when she realised I’m a “voucher customer”. They didn’t have my appointment on that date!!!!It turned out that it was actually few days later…ok…I still decided to go there. When I arrived to the place, it was CLOSED!!!! Because they had some problems with electricity. I can understand that, anything could happen, but why not call your customers so they wouldn’t waste their time coming there. Mind you it was a day time, when most normal people are working, and have to arrange something to leave the office!!!!
