The Tel Aviv Museum of Art is one of my favorite places to go on a lazy Saturday afternoon. Located two minutes away from Tel Aviv central railway station, this large, museum showcases both constant and periodical exhibitions of traditional and contemporary art, from Israel and abroad. I recommend a visit to seep up some local art culture and as a nice opener for a Saturday stroll in Tel Aviv. Word of warning: do not come hungry. The museum restaurant is very expensive. Grab a quick bite to eat at Azrieli Center before or after your visit.
