This cafe is excellent due to its location, in the centre of Russell Square where you can sit outside and watch the squirrels. It is overpriced, presumably because of high rents as well as tourists, but you can get really nice ice cream, egg and chips, baked potatoes, and the homemade soup at ok prices. There are teas and coffees too of course. It is family run and friendly. Beware the pigeons nicking your chips!
