Do you remember the End Credits of “The Flintstones”, where Fred and the family pull up in the car outside a burger bar, and the waitress brings out a rack of ribs that looks like it has come from a Brontosaurus? A similar treat is promised at the “El Churasco”. A charming waitress comes to your table and asks if you would like to see the menu - and then brings to you a metal tray with more meat on it than you have EVER seen in one place in your life! “This is the menu!”, she smiles: “what would you like?”

The food at the El Churasco is simple: meat, french fries served cooked fresh and HOT. A side salad - if you need it - though that is highly unlikely. Good red wines ready to be consumed as the sun sets slowly in a rose-blue sky. Alfresco by choice, but also by desire.
