Totally disagree with previous review. Mains are at 15 pounds or so, but given the size and quality the price is fully justified. Never seen prawns that size anywhere in the UK.
Service was excellent, making you wonder how come that you find professional waiters in Wandsworth Road and complete novices at Harvey Nichols… anyway…
Good food and large portions with no thrills… will go again soon!

Restaurant O Moinho is the first Portuguese restaurant I have been to in London. The meal started well. We were greeted warmly by the waiters and the olives in chilli oil we were given to nibble on were excellent. Unfortunately, this was the peak of the experience. After we were given our beers and olives we were pretty much ignored by the staff. This was particularly annoying as the restaurant ws really quite empty. When the food finally came, a disappointing looking Calzone was plunked down in front of me. It was adequate but really lacked any flavour. Pizzas were cheap (about £6.50), but if you want a main from the a la carte menu you are going to be paying +£15. Definitely not worth it.
I won’t be coming back here. Overpriced, unfriendly staff and borderline food.
