Another insane Crystal Palace feature. This ramshackle building invites you in through a narrow lane that seems sinister but then opens up to a claustrophobic maze of all forms of consumerist junk. Nothing at all useful except that one thing you didn’t know you needed. In my case a Dyran Duran 7" and some silver plated soup spoons.
adore this place. i go there whenever i can. love the feel of an old and lived book so imagine my delight at this place!!
bought also some toys for my son! a vintage hand sawed horse which he loves. recommend this place to every explorer.

AMAZING, love walking around this place i just picked up a table and chair for my home and a really stunning vintage jumpsuit and bag.... LOVE IT. Better still there are some new amazing vintage stalls opening in a few weeks with not only your vintage day wear but designer and evening wear too!!!!

Haynes Lane Market is a facinating maze of bric-a-brac, there's so much here, it's almost too much to take in!
Each area of the market is run by a seller who has chosen the stuff on sale, some are themed - books, toys, clothes, homeware - others are just a big heap of everyting.
I think you might struggle to find a bargain here, the sellers have a pretty good idea of the market value of their items.

Ssshhh! Don't tell everyone, this really is an Aladdin's Cave of undiscovered treasures. Friendly traders and full of character. I love it.

Haynes Market seems like the perfect place to get lost in for a few hours. We found it by accident walking down this small road off Westow Road. It is like a whole new world of the past when you walk through the narrow doorway. A word of advice, do not take small children in there as they do not like people picking up their goods as most of it is antiques. They’ve got something for everyone in there, even if you do not like antiques. I saw a bunch of comics from my youth, a few action figures, tonnes of clothes, books and memorabilia scattered all over the place. The Haynes Market is a maze but a fun one. There is stairs from the first floor to the ground floor where you will discover a few more stalls to browse from. My friends got to wrapped up in the market that we spend ages in there looking at things, it’s just amazing.
Haynes Market is what a market in London should be like!

A nice little market, good for a browse on a Saturday afternoon.
Piles of second hand books and records are probably the main reason to go, but there’s also plenty of other bric-a-brac, clothes and assorted tat to keep you occupied.
If you’re lucky you may find 'the cheese woman’ has parked her van outside so you can pick up some fantastic cheese while you’re there!

A totally unbelievable flea market - of the like that you just don’t find in London these days. There are records, books, second-hand clothes, antiques, palm/tarot readers. You name it you’ll find it here.
