Ok, I read a lot of bad reviews about this place but as my boyfriend had bought me a "4 hands massage voucher" I felt I had to go, despite my reservations.  In the end it really was not bad at all, at least MY experience wasn't. I was seen at 10 mins past my booked time, which is ok. The salon is a little unprofessional looking I suppose, very small upstairs with a warren of rooms down steep steps in the basement. The girls there were friendly and all Russian.  They did speak in their language quite a lot which can be interpreted as a being bit rude I guess, but in the end I only wanted a good massage so ignored that.  I have to say that the 4 hands massage really was very good. It was all very synchronized and the two ladies really knew what they were doing.  The room and towels were clean enough, although I could hear a lot of talking from the room next door, which is a bit off putting when trying to relax.  There was a big "machine" in the massage room which didn't look great, but otherwise I went home nice and relaxed and this massage was very good and was good value too.  I can recommend that at least, but don't expect high end customer service or environment.

I got the GROUPON massage deal which was supposed to cost £75. I had a choice between the Hot stone or the classic. I chose the classic. My massage was booked for 7pm so I got there at 6:45pm. The place was very simple in decor and not very stylish as I thought it would be for its location and price listing. 
I sat waiting in the front shop with 2 woman and a man all sitting here chatting away in Russian. 1 being a nail tech and the other woman receptionist. The man must've been a friend I guess. I wasn't even given any forms while I was waiting to fill in to check whether I had any injuries, allergies or emergency contact details just in case anything happened during the treatment. I waited till 7:15pm before I was taken downstairs by yet another Russian woman who took me into a room and told to  undress for the massage. Never once was I asked what type of massage I had booked, NOT once was I asked If I had any allergies to anything. I wasn't told what type of oils were going to be used. Never asked if I was ok at any time during or after the treatment. The woman was smelling of body odour which I could smell as she was massaging me. The oil used could've been a supermarket cooking oil for all I know as it didn't smell of any type of massage oil I ever been treated with. The massage itself was very basic considering it was full body she never did my hands or feet. The whole time I spent in there I never felt relaxed, in fact I was so tense that I just wanted it to end so that I could get out of that place. When the woman finished the massage she tapped me on my back and said " sorry treatment is over!" Didn't even asked if I was ok or anything or even offer me any water. As I was getting dressed I could over hear the woman being treated in the next room. Sounded like an Arab woman complimenting the staff and offering to buy her some sort of cream as a reward for being nice to her which sounded like bribery.  Very unprofessional individuals running that place that seem to be only being nice to the money flashers. I would NEVER go back there or recommend it to any of my friends, Groupon or no Groupon.
 

Staff really unprofessional, dirty salon (disgusting toilets).  Booked my appointment for 9:00am and was told the beautician was delayed, could I wait 90 mins?  I don't think so!!!  Oh yes, the receptionist told me I could wait 90 mins but no guarantee the beautician could do my luxury pedicure then as other customers booked!  I would never go back there again, take my advice!!!  A very unhappy customer :0(

I came across B & K Salon through a friend who recommended i try it out on a business trip. I went there for a ‘hot stone’ massage. I was very pleased with the venue and the treatment. I have been to many spas around the world and the ‘hot stone’ treatment was done as professionally as any i’ve had elsewhere. The salon is also very convenient for those who commute in to Marylebone Station – to have something ‘done’ on arriving in London or before heading home! Keep it up. Best wishes Tim

I got the GROUPON £25 instead of £75… This is the worse pedicure and manicure I had! I really don’t advise you to go there!! I had to take time off work because there was no evening appointment available before SEPTEMBER! So I booked for 4pm, 2 weeks before, I arrived 5 min earlier and they made me wait for 50min! Because they had booked 3 people at the same time. The treatment was supposed to last 2 hours… for LUXURY PEDICURE AND MANICURE!! I had everything done in 1 HOUR!! They were rushing on my feet and hands at the same time!! Very uncomfortable! They put so much nail polish I waited so long for it to dry but I had to go. Even after 2 hours it was still not dry and it was all messed up by the time I got home! I had to do it myself again! They kept speaking russian and you do not know what they’re saying about you really? I found it very rude, the facilities are clean but very small.
I did not get what I paid for. It was not worth it £25 and definitely not £75!! What a waste of time and money!! The other customer who were there agreed with me they will never return to that place again. But the therapists were nice girls. I mean if they’re not trained enough that’s not their fault.
