Mac fixer provided a great service, my mums mac died I tried everything. I knew I needed an install disc for snow leopard which I had already got but left back in London with my computer I tried everywhere in the Brighton/hove/Worthing area but had no luck at the apple store they told me that they had stopped selling it in store which I found rediculous as you need snow leopard to upgrade to lion which is what I was in the middle of doing, I was advised to order it online which didn’t help, other ‘respectable’ mac shops wanted to charge me almost £100 to bring my mums computer instore so they could install from their discs (note they were not selling me a disc…so £100 to install an OS that was already in the process of updating) I started to panic and ended up finding macfixer on google I called him up and within15mins he had already called me back we met up and he sold me a disc for £30 which was a god send and for the price totally awesome, after inviting me into his home and giving me some advice he made me an offer I couldn’t refuse, the opportunity to meet up with him the following day to buy back the disc from me at the same price effectively ‘lending’ me the disc. I would recommend him to anybody he was extremely helpful and understanding and I have already passed on his number to a few of my friends… Highly recommended a brilliant service thanks dude

I called up a couple of local places and described exactly what had happened to my macbook and was told it was just a standard fee to even look at the machine. Clive seemed to know exactly what had happened by the noises it was making and what was flashing on the screen! He was v helpful and also gave me a great deal on a new part. Also gave me some great advice about my daughters laptop.
