Ordered last week from this place. What a mistake. I should have known- when I phoned to find out where the order was, I was answered by a man with an Indian accent. I should have worked out that something was going on.
Food was horrible. All the dishes were in a watery bath- not exactly how Chinese food should arrive. There was so little meat inside, but what there was was of the worst quality imaginable. Every dish was worse than the next.
I tried to call to complain, they would not take my calls. Email address or real address on the website? not a chance.
I was so incensed by the poor quality of food, that I called my credit card company. Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a refund as what did arrive was what I had ordered (I would disagree). I have taken up this complaint with the trading standards.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, THIS IS NOT A LEGITIMATE OUTFIT.

Not only did our takeaway take 90 minutes instead of the promised 45-60 minutes, it was absolutely disgusting. Worst Chinese I have ever had, dimsum was just about edible (but that would have been purchased from a 3rd party), rest of it was totally inedible- watery, tasteless.
I just called them up to give them constructive criticism, they pretend they cant hear me and put the phone down on me, twice.
I am writing to my credit card company to get a refund.

Not been for a while, but whilst Im on a reviewing spree – they guys are a little expensive but worth it. Better than Deliverance Chinese menu for sure and their customer service is just as good.

Not that many places deliver to my area, however this is one of the better places. A little on the expensive side, but the quality of ingredience is on the slightly higher side as well.

Food arrived fresh and on time. Very happy wit the takeaway. The staff on the phone was very patient and polite. I am allergic to nuts and they made every effort to comply to my needs. Definitely up my street.

Food arrived within the hour. Prices are very expensive for the portions and extremely poor quality of the food - especially the pork 'dumplings' which looked suspiciously the small won ton soup dumplings. The website is a joke - if you press the 'home' button it loses your order - and you don't get any kind of email confirmation. Would not use again!

We ordered from these guys last night (with some trepidation, since half the reviews were very good and half were very bad)... I'm not sure I can adequately express my disappointment; the food was ice cold, an hour late, very poor quality and generally flavourless. In short, it was the worst chinese takeaway I've ever had. Not only that, but they stopped answering their phone long before our order arrived, so we had no idea when, if ever, to expect it! In a city full of takeaways, my advice is to give this place as wide a berth as possible. Were I able, I'd have left no stars.

Tried here a month ago and last night as wanted to eat in to avoid the cold outside and i their food have been consistenly great. Food was fresh and tasty- will def try again

Absolutely awful. The food arrived 1.5 hours after we ordered and it was ICE cold. I don't mean cold as if it cooled down en route - I mean ICE cold as if it just came out of a fridge. The warmest item was the vegetable garnish to the duck pancakes. The soup was grainy and pretty much inedible. The pork ribs were way too salty and we were given some bones with no meat! Dumplings were cold and soggy and definitely tasted like they were originally frozen. Absolutely dire considering how expensive this place is (£5 for 4 soggy frozen cold pork dumplings). When I rang to complain they told me they were an indian restaurant and hung up and then wouldn't pick up the phone again. Absolutely stunned. Looks like someone paid a lot for a fancy website and a google campaign but isn't banking on any return business. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ordered from these guys 2 weeks ago, very fast delivery to Putney and eveything was very good. I like to shop around so they probably they wont be my first choice going forward, but definately much better than some of the local chinese places in Putney - my local is stupidly expensive and the staff are just rude. Can definately recommend Nine Million.
