Boots in Didsbury recently had a revamp when it moved premises to a new retail unit just across the road from its former corner location. Personally I think too much space has been given to make-up, and the space hasn’t been used to its full potential. With this opportunity I’d have thought they’d have given more consideration to layout and the ergonomic of it all. Instead it is poorly planned and access is awkward especially during busier times and it just takes a few shoppers at the tills to clog the aisle with the most wanted items on (pain killers, condoms and children’s medicines) - someone really didn’t think this through. However, the automatic doors are great and the friendly staff are still there and the pharmacists are approachable and helpful.
