Sole Luna Pizza & Pasta

We went to this cosy little italian place in South Kensington. Ordered our food and exchanged Salami for Spicy Salami on the Pizza quadro Stagioni. We had a wonderful evening till we ordered the bill. On the bill they had charged us extra for the spicy Salami (42.19 Pounds in stead of 41.09). We mentioned that and the waiter told us he will bring a new bill without the 1pound (+service), which was extra charged. He came back with a bill of 47.14pouns. We mentioned again that there was now a starter on we never had. He told us he would bring now the correct bill. Unfortunately the third bill was 45.16, where he now charged 2 large instead of 1 large and 1 small glass of wine. When we mentioned that he told us we had 2 beer, not one and got really ugly. In the end we paid the first bill (incl service) without leaving the extra tip we wanted to give, as we were even not allowed to see the manager. This place has amazing food, but the service and how mistakes made by the personnel are handled is more then just bad, it´s worse.

Reasonably priced, friendly, good food and quick. Maybe a little cramped.
