I went to the sunshine factory yesterday for a spray tan with my Wowcher coupon. I am extremely happy with the result! Amazing colour, no streaks, no mess. I have gone with the medium shade. I'm loving it.

I bought a massage deal on Amazon, because I thought it will do good to my elderly back. I was not disappointed. The hot stone massage I received was amazing, one of the best I have ever had and i have been having massages for the past 22 years. The masseuse girl was very professional and knew exactly what she was doing.

I visited this salon last week for the first time. I found them very positive and friendly. The girl who did my waxing was cheerful and qiock and very skilled. :) Shame i waited this long to see them, i live locally, this is my number 1 salon now! Already booked for a hot stone massage too. I think everyone should go and try this salon - real gem! Muchos gracias :)

Went to Sunshine Factory last week for a Brazilian and was really pleased. The beautician was really friendly and professional and just chatted the whole time making the whole experience a little bit less awkward! She even let me try hot wax for no extra cost, and tweezed out the strays (shows attention to detail). I’ve already recommended this salon to other people and i’m definitely going to make it my regular salon. Excited for them to start doing eyelash extensions too!
EDIT: 18/2/13 This place has really gone downhill. I like that you can now book online, but the last few times I visited, the wax I received was pretty substandard. The girl I had the first time I visited I have never seen since and none of her replacements are nearly as good. I won’t go into any further detail as I’m an ‘intimate’ waxer, but I’ve started going somewhere else close-by where the finished product is much better. Sorry Sunshine Factory!

I am a loyal customer for over 2 years now, i have almost tried all of their treatments! This salon is warm and welcoming. Staff is incredibly nice and know what they are doing.

Absolutely brilliant. Such lovely staff - one of the best massages we've ever had. They really knew what they were doing. Very relaxing atmosphere. Thanks -will recommend it to everyone!

amazing value for excellent treatment. a lovely place, very thoughtful to have provided baby wipes beforehand if you needed to freshen up. cannot fault anything at all, everything was done to high standard. Chirsty xx

Had my Shellac done here and they look absolutely gorgeous! I just love them! i have had many Shellacs in the past, but this salon is a winner. Friendly and caring staff and they did a good job indeed!

I bought a voucher for eyelash extensions, and I`m glad I did, otherwise I would not have come across this salon. My lashes are beautiful and natural looking, all my friends are envious now, and are asking me where I got them done. :) I was also well instructed about the aftercare, and fortunately they sell products that you can use to make them last even longer. It`s a shame I don`t live nearby, because I would love to try their other treatments, too.

I had my first wax ever at The Sunshine Factory. The girls are very skilled and patient, making it as painless as it could possibly be. The room was clean and had a nice atmosphere with music in the background. Another good thing was, that upon leaving, the receptionist offered me their loyalty card thing as a sign of appreciation if you return. Well, I definitely will!

Received a gift voucher from my boyfriend for Christmas at the Sunshine factory. I had a massage and a facial followed by Shellac manicure an pedicure. I had spend most of my afternoon at the salon and it was one if the most amazing and relaxing experience i have had! I was offered hot tea and champagne during treatments!
Very friendly and skilled team. I will recommend them to all of my friends. With this review i would like to thank them again. :)

Approached this company for a wax on the basis of reviews on this site, and found them nothing but helpful, friendly, and professional. I live locally and finding a first class service so close was a dream, and one I recommended to many friends. I purchased a Groupon voucher on the back of this service. Unfortunately, having telephoned to redeem and book a patch test for the IPL (having apologised profusely for leaving it until a couple of days prior to expiration, though explaining that the waxist advised this patch test was a ‘walk in’ service, and the actual first full treatment could be booked and redeemed after the expiry date), I was insulted, criticised and told it was unacceptable of me to have left the booking so late, and in no uncertain terms, advised that I would not be applicable to redeem the voucher with them. Perhaps I caught the receptionist on a bad day, but to be treated with such criticism left me gobsmacked and close to tears. What a shame to spoil a reputation you have obviously worked so hard to achieve.

My best waxing ever!!!!I have done hollywood and underarms wax and they were perfect!!!
Not just for the meticulouness of the beautician but even for the prices, the atmosphere and the kindness of all the staff!! The beautician used different waxes for different body's part!
I suggest to everybody to go there and enjoy the service!

I really like the Sunshine Factory! The ladies who work there are so nice and friendly and I've had a good experience every time I've been there.
I've recently bought a Groupon for IPL hair removal. I had my first appointment a few weeks back and it seems to have worked as the hair has started falling out - only criticism is that she did miss quite a few patches but apparently that's why there's 6 sessions (to make sure all is covered). Hopefully it'll be a success in the end :-)

I've been a loyal customer to the salon nearly 6 months now. I've always been happy with the service. Waxing with excellent results and fantastic prices. Tried also their massages a few times - divine experience. Friendly and caring staff. Love the place.

The Sunshine Factory is my regular place for all massage and waxing needs!! The women in there are great and will always make you feel comfortable and at ease with everything that they're doing.

I went to sunshine yestarday for a wax, and I have to say that it was the best wax ever , pain free and the price was very good. The girl was professional and very friendly made me feel comfortable all the time.
Very god job will defenitely be back and recommend the salon to all my friends.

I was at the Sunshine Factory just before Christmas and kept meaning to post my rating and finally I manage to actually do it.
The experience was perfect – the welcome was genuine, the atmosphere pleasant, the client care was top notch.
I had a facial and it was done properly! None of that soft high class salon theatrics – it was a real and effective facial – the way they should be done.
Waxing: 10/10! Seriously.
I enjoyed my experience and will definitely go back.
