Short answer: its owners. Silvia and Massimo are quite simply two of the nicest people you’re ever likely to meet on your travels.
They infuse the place with their kindness and the unremitting warmth of their welcome. Sure, the place, is well run, clean and homely. But its owners are its lifeblood, its heart and its soul, and they almost inevitably make their guests’ stay in Florence a wonderful one.
