I was completely disappointed by the quality of service at this salon. The manicurist spilled a bown of nail polish remover all over my trousers, and offered nothing by way of compensation, even when I was unhappy with my manicure and asked to redo it - I was told I’d have to pay for it. Given that the acetone has ruined my trousers, I would have thought redoing the manicure would be the least the salon could do. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I will not be coming here again.
