orderd a ride on car with this compony before xmas it has been 2 month’s now they don’t anser the phone’s ur email me back. i don’t belive they shauld let site’s like this on the internet

Cancelled an order with this company who then took my money anyway and have so far (more than a month) refused to give it back. I am having to get my bank to reclaim the money.

nobody has refused to give any ones money back! funds are held in a card payment scheme for 5 days and can be requested back via us – or talking to the bank for a charge back! send us a letter to the address on our website – we have many ways of contacting us. online companies have upto 28 days once a refund is requested through the proper channels – or written request.
