Review of Northcott Shopping Centre from 1 August 2010

Apart from a Tesco, pharmacy and gift shop, there's nothing in the centre anymore. Leaky roofs and empty units do not equal an enjoyable shopping experience. Needs to be put out of its misery, I'm afraid...
