Ordered from Print24 the first time, and it went fairly smoothly, although the turnaround time was a bit slower, which I didn't mind for the price at the time.
In trusting them, I then proceeded to make an order for three different things, and there were problems with 2 of these orders: with one of them, I ordered folded leaflets, and they sent them out flat - I called them to complain, and they admitted over the phone that there was a mistake in production and I should email support for a refund (leaflets were time specific and so an option of either reprint/folding service would have taken a further 2 weeks, so not suitable) - 8 weeks later and the most they would offer on this £250 job was a £30 voucher, and that was after many, many, many emails in complaint/dispute - not happy as I'd paid much much more than that for a local printer to complete machine folding on them - whole job cost me more than it would have done going locally in the first place, by far. Second problem was a cutting problem on some invoices - they'd cut them completely wrong, so nothing was where it was supposed to be on the page, making them completely unsuitable, plus they took a full 11 working days to arrive anyway - after complaining and a very slow response from them, I got a reprint and they came back ok in the end, but the whole process took around 5 weeks to get the product I wanted.
I don't think I would risk ordering from this company for anything important, time specific, or of any significant expense.

Printed 4-colour Business Cards - order 2586308  I've ordered brochures, flyers, leaflets, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips and business cards. The good points are: They have online tracking for delivery + normally manage to deliver the printed job when they promise. But if it is late they say it is not a firm delivery date. Their telephone support is OK, and they are quick to answer the call. I've never waited longer than a minute to speak to an advisor. And it is free as well. Sometimes things go wrong with the finishing on the job. This time it was delivered damaged. The box was undamaged bit the thin cellophane the cards were packed in was split and the cards were strewn loose inside the box. If you can bear the dips in service, they provide a low cost service. If you want budget printing maybe give them a try as their prices are difficult to beat.

The product is fantastic, delivered on time and amazing quality! Not only that... I ordered 500 brochures and got 507... perhaps I shouldn't admit to that or you will bill me!! The only let down for me has been the pre-sales service, I was pretty out of my depth having never printed before and not knowing the difference between the varying colour ranges... I would have liked print24 to have been slightly more helpful at the pre-sales point, but overall I am very pleased

I am happy with the results given. I ordered 1000 flyers for my start-up company.

The delivery was fast, the product has quality and price was fair.

In my opinion other companies offer similar services with expensive rates, because they charge to the client for the marketing cost.

This company offers a high quality service, multiple choices (being possible reduce cost if you don’t want any extra option) and everything from a non sophisticated but highly functional website. Don’t allow yourself to be mistaken by a traditional web appearance! From my point of view is the best choice I made in long time. A quality promotional material is improving my business sales more than I originally thought. I think many other companies might learn from the business model of print24.com/uk. It’s highly recommendable.

Ordered 2500 flyers and paid extra for a proof.

The proof arrived and it looked terrible, I declined the proof and uploaded a JPEG format instead just to see how it looked, expecting if it was not better I could upload the high def PDF again.

As soon as i had i received an email to say my order had been printed. It seems in the small print this firm have that you only get one approval and that the approval is not a colour approval. Had it said this on the screen I would have not rejected the first one.

I emailed to complain and got know where Dwight cooper offered me a £20 voucher and hoped I had better luck next time. I now have 2500 scrap pieces of paper, my advice stay away.

I am in the process of complaining after I asked for assistance on several occasions with my order and despite that received the wrong things. I lost over £300 and also have 1000 pieces of paper I cannot use. Their system for complaint is infuriating. It took a week to get back to me to tell me they weren’t accepting any blame. I won’t ever use them again.
Cheapestprintonline.com is my new printer and will match any price by Print24, but you’ll receive in much quicker time. They are friendly and have everything you would need. My advice, use them instead!

Order number - 2566366 - 5000 A6 flyers i ordered this time for a customer in London. Another good feed back has been left for me by my customer and i have print 24 to thank for that. As my customer base is growing due to the good and positive feedback i can say Print 24 have played a major part in this, as a reseller i rely on Print 24 to deliver a perfect job every time and for the past 2 years they have. I have never had a single complaint form any of my customers and my business has grown from strength to strength.

The pricing is reasonable allowing me to put a mark up to my customers, support and communication is also great also giving me the opportunity to relay progress to my customers and lastly delivery is second to none. Armed with a tracking number every single order is tracked by both me and the customer giving the customer that extra peace of mind that their good will be delivered and making arrangements for someone to be there to sign for the goods.
As a result of this order i have gained 2 more customers through word of mouth. So thank you Print 24.

If you looking for Good Quality Print, Reasonable Prices then look no further.

Print 24 uk has a fantastic service for their business cards, the staff are friendly and helpful. the cards them self’s are amazingly high quality, the printing looks tremendous, and they are cut to the correct size. The cards that I got where laminated which make them water and rip prof. the cards do not crease easily as well. The packaging and delivery time was also very good because they arrive packed in batches. All the cards are packaged together and rapped in air tight plastic to make sure nothing happens to them while in the process of getting delivered to you. They come by post within 2 weeks. Print 24 uk will give you a date and time that they will be coming so you don’t need to wait around for them. Over all I think that the cards are quality products they are without doubt the best company out there to get your business cards from.d

I have been using the Print24 online printing service for printing since 2010. I have had stickers, postcards, flyers, posters and posters printed with them.

Print24 have always delivered quality work on time and their service so far has been second to none. The single problem I have had over the last 2 years was solved swiftly and satisfactory. Their local office have always been very helpful and it's really nice to be able to have local top quality customer service no matter if you are a small client doing small runs or if you are a large client doing larger runs.

I really like that though Print24 are a high volume web to print company they still offer very reasonable flexibility with their products such as custom formats.

I always recommend Print24 to friends and customers that need quality printing at affordable prices. If there was a referal program I'd definatly join!

The quality and fast turnaround is pretty amazing considering the price.

We’ve been using print24 for a while and have generally been very happy. This time we got double-sided A5 leaflets made in full colour for a campaign we’re running. Print quality: excellent. Price: unbeatable, especially given the longer print run. Online support (via chat): quick, competent and helpful. Last time, we ordered stickers, we were well pleased as they do everything we expected. Apart from stickers, we have previously ordered posters (A1, A2, A3 sizes), and brochures. Initially we had some trouble working out how to format our pdf files in CMYK rather than RGB, but the print24 file check did pick up on this problem, and it was sorted out. For many of their print products, it’s not worth ordering fewer than 1000 copies, as the unit cost drops significantly around that amount. Recently a lot more different print sizes and paper types have become available, which means we’re able to get exactly the size we want. On one occasion, brochures were delivered a few days late, but we didn’t hesitate to order from print24 again – several other deliveries arrived early, and we were notified early onthat there’d be a delay. On the whole we’d strongly recommend using print24 unless it’s only a short print run. (Review updated 5/11/2012)

Late, not as described, but otherwise good - Order 2563458

The main reason to use print24 is price. They are by so far the cheapest out there. About 20% of the time I have to re-print at my own cost, but it still works out cheaper than their next best competitor.

However, buyer beware:

Re-ordering wastes a lot of time so do not use print24 when in a rush.

One of the items on this order that I paid an extra few hundred pounds to get the corners rounded and they didn't come rounded. This is the third time that happens and though I'm making a claim about it again, last two times they didn't refund the money so I do not have high hopes.

So I won't be using them again for rounded corners.

Another order I placed with them recently was several weeks late and went to the wrong address, so that order I would have given one star, but this order specifically, 2563458, was three stars despite the lack of rounded corners on one of the seven items in this order.

Make sure you follow every instruction to the letter. If your order is one pixel off it will get printed wrong.

Their customer service team have improved greatly in terms of attitude in the past couple years, though they clearly do not have the training or authority to be truly helpful. They do try now, but I think their management is not giving them the tools they need.

Shocking - their system did not pass the address thru to the carrier and so no delivery was made. They then tried to charge to have it redelivered- took over a week to tell me it had not been delivered. i gave up and had item reprinted elsewhere. My complaint is with their customer care team - who don't talk to customers ! - and give no deadline for an answer. their london based support is at the mercy of german head office. its about as bad as it gets

Sometimes things have gone wrong with the finishing on the job or missed delivery dates. These were particularily annoying. However, in my experience in general they are a fairly reliable supplier worth considering.   I buy print as a reseller and use Print24 regularly.   I've used them for printing brochures, flyers, leaflets, postcards, letterheads, compliment slips and business cards. They have online tracking for delivery + normally manage to deliver the printed job when they promise. But if it is late they say it is not a firm delivery date.   Their telephone support is good, and they are quick to answer the call. I've never waited longer than a minute to speak to an advisor. And it is free as well.   If you can bear the odd hiccup, such as bad trimming or delivery a day or 2 late, I do not think I have used an external supplier that provides such a value for money service. I must say that I was surprised by the excellent support and service from this company. They are cheap and my thoughts were that the service/support wasn't good... but man, I was wrong! I got a problem after uploading my print file and called the support number. The guy helped me directly and he also called me back twice to see that everything went smooth. I'm very happy customer and will use Print24 again!

Fantastic printers
The price is the cheapest I have found on the web for double sided full colour flyers and the turnaround is quick.
The product was better than I expected, though on one occasion I did order postcards that were 300gm and the print quality was obviously inferior since it was not offset. Go offset the whole way, this is the company's competitive edge; for the next set of postcards I went for a heavier weight and the offset product and they look so good that for a moment I forgot that I had made them myself and thought to search for my product online!
The only potential problems are with the colour profile of the files, they have to be in CMYK mode and here for novices to the printing business there are relevant issues. In converting from RGB colour mode to CMYK the files become darker you have to compensate for that after you have converted the files, there may also be problems with the depth of the blacks - they can look washed out - it is worth spending the extra time to make sure they are alright beforehand.
This company delivers a great product at a very competitive price and the support network that comes with the product is an added valuee

THEY MEET ALL THE NECESSARY CRITERIA FOR A PROFESSIONAL PRINTING COMPANY, THEY ARE CHEAP, RELIABLE AND THE END PRODUCT IS GOOD. i HAVE ORDERED 5 TIMES WITH THEM SO FAR. EACH ORDER BAR ONE WENT AS SMOOTH AS CLOCKWORK AND WHEN I HAD A LEGITIMATE COMPLAINT IT WAS DEALT WITH AS QUICKLY AS YOU COULD EXPECT FROM A BIG COMPANY.
MY MAIN PRAISE FOR THIS COMPANY IS THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED AS A CUSTOMER. Chose print24 along with a few other web based postcard printers to get several sets of postcard designs printed to compare price quality etc. Their online design service was I found one of the easiest to use. All throughout the process of ordering, printing and posting I received regular emails to let me know the progress of my order and also tracking details for the delivery.
Good quality materials used and decent colour matching to the original.

Delivery was on the date quoted and all in all I'm very happy with the service and the quality of the final product.

I will be ordering from print 24 again in the future.
