Not only did the telephone support ensure that my files were received, but they squeezed the job in to ensure it made the deadline.
The printing was going to be delivered over Christmas and with the holidays the expected arrival date was given as 28th December. The package actually arrived on 22nd December.
The print quality and product were the high standard one would expect, but it was the customer service that made it fantastic.
I would definitely use print 24 again for that reason. Knowing there will be someone there to answer the phone and solve your problems is a quality few other print companies can match.
i ordered for the fist time for a friend who wanted to get some leaflets to boost their busines they had recently started but needed them for crimbo and with only a few days to go i was loosing hope as every other company said it was not possible , they spoke me through the ordering process and explained everything which made ordering so easy and hassle free, the leaflets came before the expected delivery date making the process super fast and their brilliant top quality and am well impressed and the price was unbeatable , beat any other comany and i asked alot of oher companys for quotes ,just great service overall and i will be ordering more again and recomened to everyone who wants stuff printing

Firstly, loading up a file is really easy and the file checking turn around is quick. If I want a screen proof, that's also really quick and gives me a lot of confidence that the product will be exactly what I wanted.
They've also beaten numerous quotes from other local printers, particularly on bulk orders of flyers, and generally I get the goods faster than their listed turnaround time.
What's also nice is that once you get to the end of your order you can qualify for special deals like cheap express delivery or extra copies for not much extra at all. Always handy, as I run a community sports team and cash is tight.
Wouldn't go elsewhere.

I can definitely recommend them for these reasons.
Had wanted a browner recycled paper in the range, there were mostly white paper and the recycled that I bought was still very white. I would have liked a brown or maybe more off-white. Besides, I had wished that there was a standard size flyer that was 120x240, so you can use them to CD covers in plastic, double fold them.
But on the whole, I am satisfied and I will probably avail myself of them again soon.
I also spoke to their customer service a few times and I got good service from them.

I have been using Print 24 for a number of years now and find the quality of their print to be very good for the price you pay. If you are looking for a low cost quality print then this is the place to go. Their website is easy to use. You can see at a glance how much it will cost for different types of paper and different quantities so you can make and informed decision on what to buy. They have an area that you can do your own artwork. I have only used this once and normally upload our own artwork. The process of loading up your own artwork is a very simple and they check your artwork before anything goes to print. I have found there delivery service to be fast and efficient and you are notified when your goods leave. I would certainly recommend their service to others.

This is a wonderful site, and a wonderful company I think. They have cheap prices, a great quality of products and a fast delivery, even on low priced products.
I have used Print 24 for the first time and the result is perfect, and on time. I like that the products is delivered with UPS or DPD - a part of a great service
We can't ask for more... Maybe some more different products, sometimes I have clients needing special products like business cards that are die cut, or stuff - could be great if Print 24 could offer that or something similar. I would recommend Print 24 to all I know, and would be glad to recommend Print 24 to you to. I think you will be glad to use their service, and have a great customer experience overall!

Print 2 4 has a fantastic service for their business cards, the staff are friendly and helpful. the cards them self’s are amazingly high quality, the printing looks tremendous, and they are cut to the correct size. The cards that I got where laminated which make them water and rip prof. the cards do not crease easily as well. The packaging and delivery time was also very good because they arrive packed in batches. All the cards are packaged together and rapped in air tight plastic to make sure nothing happens to them while in the process of getting delivered to you. They come by post within 2 weeks. Print 2 4 will give you a date and time that they will be coming so you don’t need to wait around for them. Over all I think that the cards are quality products they are without doubt the best company out there to get your business cards from.

Order number - 2623156 - 5000 A5 flyers i ordered this time for a customer in London. Another good feed back has been left for me by my customer and i have print 24 to thank for that. As my customer base is growing due to the good and positive feedback i can say Print 24 have played a major part in this, as a reseller i rely on Print 24 to deliver a perfect job every time and for the past 2 years they have. I have never had a single complaint form any of my customers and my business has grown from strength to strength.
The pricing is reasonable allowing me to put a mark up to my customers, support and communication is also great also giving me the opportunity to relay progress to my customers and lastly delivery is second to none. Armed with a tracking number every single order is tracked by both me and the customer giving the customer that extra peace of mind that their good will be delivered and making arrangements for someone to be there to sign for the goods.As a result of this order i have gained 2 more customers through word of mouth. So thank you Print 24.

Ok so print24.com are cheap. That will be the deciding factor. Very competitive & price includes delivery.
The website upload process is slow I would opt for FTP if you have used FTP before and understand it. (Suggestion to print24: A progress bar on the website upload would be a good improvement.)
I have used a few times now and not once has the packaging been 100% satisfactory. They are cheap but the package travels along way. Expect to find one or two postcards at the end of each pack to be damaged.
Look closely at how the options change the price. eg. 500 is sometimes cheaper than 250 (and when 500 is more expensive there is not often a lot of difference), 4colours both sides is also sometimes cheaper than 4 front / black back so select 4/4 and only use black in back artwork) I've only ever used 300gsm chromo board ( used to be 280gsm) and they feel like a postcard don't know about other board.
Watch out if you navigate away from the order page and back your changes will be lost.

For flyers I have no complaints as to the quality. The paper is good and the colours strong, I have placed multiple orders with them and they have consistently supplied me with good finished products at a low price.
For postcards my experience has been different. The quality was definitely compromised by the price, I got a cheap product that looked cheap. After having had one delivery of postcards where the printing looked 'washed out' I figured it was because I had chosen the cheapest paper option, the colours were weak and blurred if the artwork had not have been designed with high contrast, they would have looked terrible. Thsecond time round I went for a heavier weight paper the 400gm Offset and I supplied artwork that did not have so much black in it, I put a grey border around the images and also chose a bigger size. They looked great I wresolved that the next tiime I would do the same. The third time hoever even with the heavier paper option and minimizing the amount of black that I used they looked cheap on one side the colours were completely dull on the other thay were actually different from the file that I supplied, for example, the orange looked red. I am an artist I use postcards to communicate my ideas they have no commercial purpose for me unfortunately if the colours look odd it is not only the impact that is lessened but the idea conveyed can be changed, if a flad that is orange ends up looking red I have gone from amking an artistic statement to a political one; I threw them all away.
Regardless, I will say that for customer service I have no complaints the staff are helpful, attentive and quick to respond to any problems, complaints or queries. The online ordering service is easy and efficient.
I would use them again but only for flyers

In trusting them, I then proceeded to make an order for three different things, and there were problems with 2 of these orders: with one of them, I ordered folded leaflets, and they sent them out flat - I called them to complain, and they admitted over the phone that there was a mistake in production and I should email support for a refund (leaflets were time specific and so an option of either reprint/folding service would have taken a further 2 weeks, so not suitable) - 8 weeks later and the most they would offer on this £250 job was a £30 voucher, and that was after many, many, many emails in complaint/dispute - not happy as I'd paid much much more than that for a local printer to complete machine folding on them - whole job cost me more than it would have done going locally in the first place, by far. Second problem was a cutting problem on some invoices - they'd cut them completely wrong, so nothing was where it was supposed to be on the page, making them completely unsuitable, plus they took a full 11 working days to arrive anyway - after complaining and a very slow response from them, I got a reprint and they came back ok in the end, but the whole process took around 5 weeks to get the product I wanted.
I don't think I would risk ordering from this company for anything important, time specific, or of any significant expense.
