A horror story so Buyers beware - order 2651970  

I use Print24 for my small-scale printed marketing as their prices are difficult to beat. I placed the order online as normal. I was pleased when the website showed the standard 2-day delivery process showed it was 'ready for delivery' on 7th January... ahead of schedule. Great! I should receive the printed flyers on 9th January... Or so I thought. Then it went missing/lost.
I was told there was no tracking number so P24 and DPD had no clue where it was. I had numerous emails and calls over that week from P24 support asking if I had received the delivery even though there was never any tracking info on the website for this job. I then received an email stating they were reprinting it and delivery will be on 15th. Then I received another email stating delivery will be on 16th not 15th as there was a problem with the reprinted job. Aarrgghh! Then, on the 14th I had more emails and calls from P24 support asking if I had received the delivery.Then yet another on 14th stating I should receiver delivery by 16th. The 16th came and went. Tracking became available on 15th January and it showed it was picked up from the factory in Germany at 17.02 on 15th January and received at Unna at 02.21am on 16th January. So I expected delivery on 17th. And heavy snow was due overnight so will it ever arrive? Again no show on 17th. After more calls I was assured delivery on 18th.
Thankfully,to my delight an intrepid DPD delivery driver pulled up outside in heavy snow on 18th... 9 days later than initially expected. Thankfully the printing was really good so I was mollified a little. They gave me a £10 apology voucher for the mess. I know stuff happens beyond a suppliers control but I'll have to seriously reconsider using P24 when the deadline is critical.

I am happy with the results given. I ordered 1000 flyers for my start-up company.
The delivery was fast, the product has quality and the price was fair.
In my opinion other companies offer similar services with expensive rates, because they charge the client for the marketing cost.
This company offers a high quality service, multiple choices (being possible reduce cost if you don't want any extra option) and everything from a non sophisticated but highly functional website. Don't allow yourself to be mistaken by a traditional web appearance! From my point of view is the best choice I made in long time. A quality promotional material is improving my business sales more than I originally thought. I think many other companies might learn from the business model of print24.com/uk. Fast delivery, quality product,fair price has been translated in profits for my new company during the last months .It's highly recommendable.

Ordered leaflets to be printed, really great quality and finish. I was worried as I ordered it during the holiday season. didnt think It would be delivered on time. really impresses with the service.. defo will be using them again.

Despite the clunky looking website and the garish colours. These guys really know what they are doing. With Germanic efficiency they cut a swathe through all the quotes I've had from local printers.

How on earth can it be cheaper to get the products printed in Germany and then delivered with great efficiency.. ALL at a lower cost than my local printers? Tell you what, I don't care. I will be using these guys for my print work from now on.

The print quality was really quite good too! The whole process going from uploading my image to getting a screen proof and then committing to print all went very well. With fantastic updates regarding the status of the order. With speedy delivery and tracking all the way from Germany my ordered postcards were packaged safely and securely. In my opinion this company is certainly going places.

Very happy with my recent order at print24.com. The flyers arrived early and the quality was up to the usual standard. I have been a customer for 4 months now and only once have I had any problems with them, which they addressed and fixed very quickly, offering me a refund and a voucher for further orders . I find the service they offer exact and comprehensive. The prices are the cheapest I have found online and there is always somebody available to give additional information or answer any questions. I am happy to recommend them as lithiograph printers

S firmou print24 jsem nadmíru spokojen. Již jsem od nich odebíral dvakrát a pokaždé byly letáky perfektní. Každý den se potřebuji prezentovat a k tomu je třeba spousta letáků. Print24.co.uk an online printing firm. We've used a local printer for ages but they have been creeping up in price so a colleague of mine suggested going to these guys. They are cheap, that is for sure, so much so that I checked with our usual local supplier to see if they would compare and they said they couldn't come close, and infact the price print24 are offering is actually less than the global timber prices required to make the paper, let alone print anything on it and cut it. So we now use them for simple print runs like A6 post cards and so on. My issue has been if you want to have anything unusual done that isn't on their website, then its difficult communicating with them (compared to our local guys - SPCprinters.co.uk who bend over backwards to do all sorts of weird cuttings and paper styles and types and they are fantastic because they totally look after you and even get something that needs a week to be done completed in an hour, also they are in a local town so we can pick up. Print24 take an average amount of time to get the job done (unless you pay more money) but again the price is so nuts cheaper than anywhere else, if you've got a job where you've got ample lead time, and you need a standard article, then these guys are great. We havnt had any problems with them either.

Thought I would try this printing company after finding themonline. First thing that attracted me was their prices, they are cheaper than any other company I found for the product I needed - double sided full colour flyers, a second reason was the fact that delivery was included in the price. I chose the right company, the whole experience from start to finish was right. The online ordering process was easy to use - straightforward - and there were further savings if you upgraded your product, for example expedited delivery for less. I uploaded the files after I had paid and then received a series of emails confirming the order, confirming receipt of the data, approving the workability of the files (the files must be in CMYK mode) and then finally a tracking number to follow the progress of the delivery. I took a chance with this company wihout any referrals unsure as to what I was going to receive in terms of quality, they are a litho printing company I figured the print would be good. I received the goods 4 DAYS before I was supposed to, the print job is excellent and the paper feels expensive; basically the things that are important in translating interest into sales.

Print24 are terrific value for money, assistance on file types and format etc. can be a bit limited but there is support available. If you've got a tight budget and don't need too much hand-holding then we would thoroughly recommend them.

I have been using PRINT 24 for a couple of years now since finding them on a web search. I certainly was not disappointed and would not use any other printers now. I have used them for flyers, letter headed paper, business cards and calendars. The order process is very easy and I particularly like the quantity/price options where you can see at a glance the difference in price for different quantities you wish to order. It easy to upload your artwork. I have also used the online design facility which was simple to use. The delivery times are very good and the customer service is excellent. You receive an email with every stage of the process so you can rely on getting your order on the date they state. I would highly recommend this company and the services they provide.

I've ordered various printing from Print24, including business cards and A5 flyers. The business card service is perfect for full colour cards that don't need to be too thick or embossed. I have several online businesses and I need cards to give out in bulk that don't cost too much but look good.

This is the lowest price printing company online and I have yet to find anyone who offers a better like for like quality service too, I have never had an issue with print24 every order has been perfect.

As with all online printing services, the key to good print is smart artwork, and on the odd occasion I've made a mistake and put in an RGB image, for example, Print24 have warned me of the problems so I have had time to change the artwork.

Simply can not fault them.

5,000 printed letterheaded paper - order 2668526 Hi Qype readers. This is my first review. I don't normally write one, just read others. A bit of a couch potato I'm ashamed to admit. But I felt my recommendation for this supplier was warranted. I rarely buy print for my business and need to watch the pennies. and use Print24 on an occasional basis. This time I bought printed letterheaded paper, in colour. They were great. Considering Print24 is based in Germany, I find it very impressive that they manage to deliver the printed product within a week, 4 days quicker than they promised. Even though it was over Christmas. Most impressed and very satisfied. I would love to have used a british print supplier but their prices are so much higher. I recommend you should try them as their prices are difficult to beat. You may be impressed. I was! Summary: Top dog

I needed some A5 leaflets for some direct mail i was doing and they also needed to double up as price cards,

so I needed them to be able to print over them. I used Print 24 in the past, so decided to price them up against

other companies. Their prices were much cheaper than others, and as i used them in the past I knew the quality was good.

I ordered 1000 leaflets, A5 on uncoated paper. The finished result was superb and exactly what I wanted. They arrived within

a few days despite it being the Christmas season. They were well packaged and upon examination the quality was excellent.

I've been using Print24 as a reseller for just over 6 months. In my personal experience they are reliable and always striving to

improve their service. You should try them as their prices are difficult to beat. I've used them for printing brochures, postcards,

letterheads, compliment slips and business cards, posters, folders and stickers and all of my clients have been happy with end results.

Every Print 24 order have been printed to a very high standard, delivered on time every time & at a great price, I've used many online

print companies over the last few years & Print 24 has proved to be the best by far,Ill continue to use them as long as the excellent

service continues & I've recommended them to many friendsKeep up the good work.

I was in need of some single sided A5 leaflets for some direct mail i was doing. Yet another 1st class print job by the print 24 team. I am a reseller and the past 3-4 years since i started using print 24 they have never let me down not once. With this particular order i ordered 1000 A5 Flyers double sided for a client that runs exercise classes in her local village. as a 1st time customer she was a bit wary of the quality and time frame we would produce the flyers in.

Once customer had received the product she was extremely happy with the quality and quick turnaround the print 24 team made on her flyers.

I recommend Print 24 to all I know, and would be glad to recommend Print 24 to you to. I think you will be glad to use their service.

This order was for x1000 off single-sided A4 Black and White Print consent form, and x1000 off single-sided A4 Black and White Print Aftercare sheets for a Piercing Studio. These needed to be on good quality paper as every customer would sign one copy and take the remaining home with them. they needed to be crisp and clear and with a finish that we could write on top with a biro pen. We opted for the Offset option as from previous experience this seems to be the uncoated version of paper which you can easily write on, we would have liked the paper to be a little thicker but 100gsm was the best they could currently offer.

The Items arrived and they were great! They came a few days before they were scheduled to which was GREAT! The paper wasn't too thin after all, perfect or what we wanted to use them for, the print was clear and easy to read, and in-line and with the correct amount. This was my first order for this type of product, i used the 'letterhead' option on Print24's menu then 100gsm - Offset for any of you that are looking to order the same thing! I was recommend these for letterheads too as the quality is second to none.

Overalll excellent value for money and a very happy customer, thank you Print24 and a Happy New year to everyone! :)
