I met Steven for my free consultation and we sat and discussed my goals and what we expected from each other. He was upfront and honest about everything , and he encouraged me to make sure i set achievable goals. I now have two personal training sessions and one circuit training session a week with him . Steven always encourages me to push harder than i would push myself and keeps me motivated and heading toward my final goal . would recommend Steven to anyone looking to get in shape, or lose weight.

I've been going to Stevens circuit training class in Southampton for 3 weeks. The classes are so much fun. Steven is a very bouncy person and makes the classes different to any I have seen before. Although fun some of his classes are not for the faint hearted. Although its hard work I along with most leave with a smile.
