So this is... surprise surprise a Library Bar inside the Gilded Balloon! Its really nice I was so amazed when I first discovered it and it has proper old libraryish old world charm, I know charm!! At a festival bar venue!! Loads of character and a great spot to stop off for a drink before your show, so much nicer than the average festival bar and more comfy.
They do food as well here, but its just the usual bar food menu nothing spectacular, but nice enough, its always busy though, always so if you see a seat bag it before someone else does. They are also open until 5am which i pretty good if your comedy wasnt so much comedy more tradgedy and you need to drown your sorrows after.
