My daughter has now been attending classes for nearly 18 months and has enjoyed every minute.

She takes two classes per week (Taekwon-Do and Sparring classes) and has progressed well under the supervision of Mr Stronach.

Its great fun and great value for money and I would recommend anyone interested (young or old) to give their classes a try.

Fabulous well structured lessons.My son really enjoys his lessons & time there. He has been attending Reflex for over a year now & it has really helped with his confidence & brought him out of his shell.
I would totall reccomend anyone considering Reflex to just go for it as it is money well spent.

The lessons are excellent. The new studio opposite the Playhouse has brilliant facilities with safety matting and a comfortable waiting area. I would recommend it!!
