They definitely had the more unique designs, and you have so much to pick from up and down the street but this was the best choice. They were happy to make the adjustments i wanted to make the ring really mine and the finish was amazing, ive had so many compliments so had to write a review. Really helpful staff and there own workshop! Am delighted overall.

Really pleaesd with Davril, they were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the process and happy to encorporate all our ideas in designing our rings. the service we received after the sale was great, providing polishing and paperwork, whetver we needed. wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I would recommend Davril to all my friends, and to whom want something different! When you walk in Hatton Garden you have the feeling they have all the same stuff, me and my boyfriend were so bored...
We arrived in Davril at the end of our "searching day", and I was so pleased to have found someone helpful and with so many ideas to suggest!
I had my ring made exactly as I wanted after 6 weeks and I couldn't be happier.
I think I'll go back in the next weeks to make my wedding band as well.
I'm confident I'll have something perfectly matching my engagement ring, can't wait!
If you are looking for something really special don't hesitate!

***AVOID*** THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! After charging an exuberant amount for re-sizing my ring, one of the diamonds became loose and small cracks appeared on both sides of the ring. Davril refused to help / fix. Avoid like the plague. They should be reported to Consumer Protection Rights!! See other negative reviews on the internet, wish I saw them first.

I received the worst customer experience I have ever had from Davril Jewels. They were ever so friendly during the sales process but the ring I purchased was riddled with faults and Davril would take absolutely no responsibility at all for the fact that they had built and sold a ring which (following assessment from an independent expert) was a write off.

Unfortunately I totally relate to the experiences posted by other dis-sattisfied customers across the various review sites in that the product and the service I received from Davril was unbelievably poor.

I would have rated this store a 0 but it's not on the scale provided. I have had nothing but trouble with dealing the owners of Davril. I originally paid for a bespoke engagement ring which the owners ensured me they could make. After months of waiting, i found out that they had forgotten to order my diamond in and that the process would be delayed 6 weeks because of it. WHen the diamond arrived, they promised me i could see the setting and the diamond separately before it was set but they went ahead and set it anyway. When they called me to say it was finished, i went to pick it up only to find it was completely wrong. Not only was the ring nothing like we designed, the diamond was loose and not firm in it's setting. I went back several times until we reached a compromise on design. DAys later, the diamond was loose again. I was told that my design was not pracital and that if i wanted a securely fitted diamond, i would have to choose a ring setting from the window. This was obviously a HUGE disappointment to me as i paid for a bespoke ring! I settled for a generic ring out of the window as i was too upset to deal with these people anymore. I got a generic ring, not what i paid for, and guess what, the diamond is loose anyway, wobbling in it's setting.
Stupid me, i went back to Davril to make my wedding ring as i depserately wanted it to match my engagement ring. I won't go into any more detail (i'm getting angry thinking about it) but i ended up with one diamond falling out of my wedding band on my wedding day and several visits to have it repaired. It was a shocking job. The 10 diamonds around the band were meant to be evenly spaced and it was all uneven. They tried to tell me i was wrong. I told them to get a ruler out- i'm not blind.
BASICALLY: steer clear of these people. The jewellry they had made for me is rubbish. I've had nothing but heartache and countless visits for repairs.

I had to write a review following the amazing experience I just had at Davrils, how fantastic they were there, I'm a particularly fussy customer and was overjoyed with the ring they made for me!

My darling fiance went in a bought a ring unknown to me and made the surprise proposal a few weeks ago. The ring was beautiful and really unique but it just wasnt for me, and i know it must of been pretty daunting picking it on his own. Anyway we were both a bit worried of returning it and not sure what they would say and if we would be able to change it. To our delight the whole experience was amazing, they treated us as though nothing would be too much trouble and I enjoyed it so much, going through all the different design options.

They helped me design my own ring using a combination of designs they had in the window, and when they called only a couple of weeks later to say it was ready I couldn't believe it.

We went in to pick it up last week and it was stunning!! They treated us so well, and all the work was done with no extra charge. We will definitely be returning for our wedding bands and they will polish my engagement ring free of charge for the big day, whenever that will be!!

All round i thoroughly enjoyed the Davril experience, they make a special time extra special and really took time over us to make sure we got exactly what I wanted.
I only wish I could go back more often!!
