I was apprehensive at first about booking a cab from London2Airports after reading the reviews from this site, but I decided to take the risk and book one, as I had to travel on boxing day with a big luggage and there was a tube strike. I was in for a pleasant surprise. The driver arrived promptly at the airport before my plane landed, helped me with my luggage and he was friendly and drove professionally. When his phone rang, he didn't pick it up and kept well within speed limits at all times. We managed to avoid most of the traffic on boxing day sales and I had a very pleasant journey home. Would recommend this service as it's also cheaper than other alternatives in the market.

I made a booking with London2Airports, and received confirmation email for the booking. Shortly afterwards they phoned and said the price was incorrect and I could either agree to a 50% increase or they would cancel the booking. I asked them if they'd honour the original agreement or at least negotiate to something more reasonable - they hung up.

Disgusting treatment of customers, stay away.

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE. I booked this company on 2nd OCT to pick up my work colleaguecoming from Spain and that didnt speak english. The flight was suppose to arrive on North terminal but was changed (not by me) to South terminal. the driver never checked the flight status. I was sleeping when the driver called my mobile around midnight asking where was the passenger??. His english was very poor, he couldnt understand me neither I could understand him properly. I had to check the flight status for him and when I told him that the fligh had landed at south terminal he started screeming at me madly, asking if was thinking he was idiot, that was fooling him around. I didnt want to listen to that B**** so I hanged up and called his controller to try to explain the situation and get him to call the driver to go to south terminal to get my colleague. The controller was 10 times WORSE then the driver, shouting a me, saying the same as the driver that I was fooling his driver around. When I said i would report him to the company's head office he was laughing sarcastically saying that he was the "boss", I gave up. I called my friend and asked her to get into a taxi, which she had to pay £85. Next day when called the london2airport to complaint and get refunded the £53 that the company I work for had paid in advance, I was told they were going to speak to the company they hired to see what happened the night before and then they would get back to me asap, I never heard back from them since, neither got the money back.

Worked fine. But driver drove fast, literally speaking. And he couldn't find pick up spot with his GPS so I had to find him. Cheap also, relatively speaking.

Hi, I booked the service from Hotel in London to Stansted airport and the taxi driver arrive with 45 minutes delay.... the result was that I had to pay extra cost to airline and almost loose my flight!!!

I claimed to have a refund but even if customer service agreed that would have given me a reimburse I haven't seen anything!!!

Be careful! Don't trust this car service!! Not reliable!

Very polite and professional service from the moment I booked the car on the phone to the time I was dropped off at Heathrow.
I was absolutley amazed at how this company is providing this kind of service for the price. When their online competitors are charging through the roof for the same kind of cars and same service type.

I would definitly recommend London2airports.com for anyone planning a social/business trip and needs an airport transfer.

I am also going to recommend this company to my work boss as the driver said that the company also does account work.

Used the service a few time to and from stansted, good cars and came on time even when I booked it for 3am. They also collected me from the terminal after my flight landed which I was very happy with, in the past other cabs made me go and look for them in the car park.

Probably the worst cab ride I have had in my life. The driver wouldn’t stop calling as soon as I landed. He did not help with the luggage, did not provide a baby seat although requested and paid for.
Driver never wore a seat belt and was on the phone texting his friend while driving. He also called another friend (without a hands free) to complain that my flight arrived late.
He tried to put on his sat nav while doing 80mph on the M11. The car was swaying as he was trying to do this. Mind you, his car was swaying even when he drove normally.
Not the kind of journey I was hoping to bring my family along for.

When London2Airports was queried, they brushed it of as having dealt with the driver. Poor and pathetic service. Wrote a formal complaint to the PCO.
Never again!
