Like mentioned in previous postings, this is a very spacious area for relaxing, BBQ (in special areas), biking, skating, family get-together and so on.. The area is so huge, that it is recommended to agree a fix point for meeting. Sometimes a pretzel dealer offers something to snack, while he is drive pass by bike. Please take care for the bird sanctuary.
Recommend to have here a good time with friends and family. And entrance is free.
we moved to berlin 2 months ago and this park is still my favorite place. I believe there is no other place like this on earth. Nobody would have thought of a park without any trees in the middle of the city. But this is what makes this place so special, this and all the interesting history. I can’t wait for the first summer here.
