Overpriced, arrogant, patronising and with their own version of ‘the truth’.
I have dealt with MRFS for many years and their biggest efforts seem to go into producing elaborate colourful self promoting literature. Service levels on their maintenance contracts have been halved in some cases while prices continue to rise. Beware all companies that invest in name and livery change while developing vast suites of unnecessary ‘literature’.
I called on MRFS security to help increase security measures at several of my rental properties, very competitive pricing and knowledgable staff made these guys the right choice.
