My first time getting hair extensions done by (Jen )also first visit to the salon amazing transformation ,my own hair coloured also for a perfect match cut and styled beautifully, all collegues in my work thinks its fantastic also. i would highly recommend

I went to this salon and had my first ever bad experience with my hair. The colouring was awful and there were patches throughout my hair. It wasn't until I went elsewhere to get it fixed that I realised how bad it was. The cut was much to the same standard with uneven layers and an uneven length on either sides. There was a a very clear lack of experience by the girl who coloured and styled my hair. She was uncertain and was making a very obvious attempt to fix the problem when the dye was being washed out of my hair. Afterwards she reassured me that next time it would be fine and that as she said previously this outcome was a possibility however, she hadn't said anything previously and there was no warning or advice given before doing my hair. Very disappointed with this stylist and the attempt she made to cover her wrong judgement, especially when trying to say that she had told me this previously!

On the other hand I must admit that there was another lady in at the same time as me who was very pleased with her hair and others in and out of the beauty salon who seemed happy. The stylist and beautician they dealt with obviously gave a very good service! It was unfortunate that my appointment was with the an inexperienced stylist.

RECCOMEND TO EVERYONE
After being let down by my usual salon a few days before my holiday i tryed here as i had heard good reviews from collegues. I got spray tan which was a lovely and applied to perfection by far one of the best ive had and faded evenly while i was on holiday. My medium length semi permenant eyelashes looked fab & lasted me nearly 4 weeks. I also got a full head of highlights and a cut and blowdry from Jenny my colours were matched up perfectly and cut was fab too and sara who done my waxing was also fab made me feel relaxed even though i hate getting waxed she took her time which was not as pain staicking as usual for me will definately be back in 6 weeks. Its great to get it all done in one place.

I went here to get my hair fixed after another salon in the area mucked up my hair. The girl took time to listen to me and find out what i wanted and my hair looked great after it. Ive found my perfect hairdresser and realy love my hair cut and colour along with all my friends and family i would reccommend it to anyone and for only 49 pound for a cut and colour i think this was absolutely amasing.

This hairdresser is a rip off. do not go there. i purchased a Groupon discount code from them and everytime i phoned they said they have no time and the Goupon expires and i never got my money back so watch out ladies and Gents.

I used a groupon voucher here today and so did my daughter and with it being our first time we didn’t know what to expect… The shop has an excellent friendly atmosphere, all the girls were very polite and couldn’t have made us feel anymore comfertable the whole time we were in :) My hair cut was to a very high standard and so was my daughters who also loved the girls chat! These girls deserve a great amount of credit for running such an excellent service… I will be returning soon :) Thank you.

as my hairdresser moved off for travelling was looking for new hairdresser, saw an offer on groupon purchased the deal, cheapest iv ever paid for a haircut but best result iv ever had!, could definitely call colours my new hairdresser.

I have been to Colours about 5 times for haircuts/colours/tan etc and never had a bad experience or haircut always left very happy so am a bit disapointed by these reviews maybe the stylist was not the best (not sure who you used) but i dont agree with bad mouthing the whole salon for that for 1 persons mistakes.

I have been a client at this hairdressers for nearly 2 years and never had a problem the staff are always really helpful and even offer to stay behind when no other appointment suits me. i have recomended countless number of people to the shop and never heard a bad word said about it. it is very clean and professional and @mac106 & @Betsey-Black’s comments are the first bad reviews I’ve ever heard about Colours!

I used a Groupon voucher here, got the worst haircut I’ve ever had, it was blatantly obvious the ‘hairdresser’ didn’t know how to cut hair, felt as if I’d asked a random on the street to do my hair, but I probably would have got better results if I had. Had to go to another hairdresser after to get my fringe salvaged, the ‘hairdresser’ didn’t seem to know what a fringe was…. my advice would be to avoid this hairdressers, as I wish that I had.

Staff were friendly but my cut was poor. Lack of skill was evident and felt like the back of my hair was being ‘hacked into’. My hair now sits very badly at the back, and regret not going to a hairdresser with experience and proper knowledge of how to cut hair. Fine if you are looking for a simple trim, but I’d avoid a re-style here.

I would not go here again. I had a 1st really good experience, however I booked an appt and really needed my hair done for a night out and I was cancelled at the last minute and left stranded. They did not offer anything in compensation for me being left with noone to do my hair. This has happened to another person I know who has used them. I've never used their beauty services.

I took my daughter here for a spray tan and the girls were so nice and put her at ease straight away, the tan was great, a lovely colour and just faded, no patches at all. Would def go back
