They are a bunch of chancers and wannabes. what a mickey mouse outfit. I tried getting information for some cisco courses and they knew nothing about the course.All they wanted to tell me was that it was cheap.Unfortunately, for the salesperson I aknow a lot about cisco and was shocked to hear the salesperson blabber about nothing rather than answer my questions.by the looks of these guys they are trying to run before they can walk.

IAttended this course in Birmingham the training venue was very poor , very cold .We were given pre-study material which I had been through . I had to wait half a day before I could hear anything new apart from pre-study material. I had to endure lots of irrelevant examples and some exercises , which meant lots of time was wasted throughout the course .The only saving aspect of the course was training material was good and was bit exam oriented .If you are looking to have TOGAF implemented in your organization and expect an EA industry experience avoid this course with TKA , If it is exam may be but not value for money .
I am banging my head against to get a voucher . It is impossible to talk to a sales rep and really mixed messages about the voucher and they never return calls . For me it's the worst experience dealing with the sales team . Once these people know they will get money they will not respond . You also do not want to believe what they say on the phone .I would have given 2 stars but because of sales experience it is Zero stars.

I am pleased with the result that I have received with this course. For anyone looking I would defiantly recommend going on this course and however high the price I would still say that it is worth it.

this place was great and cheap, i had a good time learning TOGAF and dont regret getting the course through the knowledge academy as it was very easy to sign up and cheap. I would recommend they to you if you are looking for any courses like this.

I took the Prince2 course which was superb I learnd a lot from this course and i enjoid it a lot. The price wasnt too high and the people there were very friendly. if your looking for a prince2 course i suggest the one from the knowledge academy. I am very happy with the results from this course.

VERY MISLEADING- TERRIBLE SERVICE!
I signed up for a PRINCE 2 course last week. I booked in a course on an agreed start date when I was available and the money was taken from my credit card. I then received a phone call telling me no seats were available on the date which I paid for! I asked for a refund and they said they could only shift the date. Due to all the confusion I forgot to go in until the 2nd training day! I emailed TKA multiple times telling them of this and they did not reply back to me until the day before the end of the course!!
They told me i can not reschedule and I will not receive any refund because "costs" had been incurred. This is completely unaceptable and a breach of the unfair trading act as they first took my money and mislead me by selling me a seat on a date which was not available then telling me they cant reschedule because of costs. This course is 600 pounds for crying out loud!
