Absolutely shocking service. I bought an eyelash treatment for my wedding. After ignoring ALL of my emails to schedule, I eventually managed to get hold of someone to book.
When I went for the treatment, I couldn't find the salon, and called them to get directions. Nobody answered. I left a message. I then arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment, which I had already paid for. They refused to do the treatment as I was late, which would have been a fair point if they hadn't delivered it quite so rudely. I asked if I could rebook and was met with a curt 'No, you have foreited the treatment'. They said they had left me a voicemail after my message, which for some reason has still not come through on my phone....

After going outside, and festering in my anger for ten minutes, I went back in and they eventually rebooked it. I honestly couldn't believe how rude they were, and wouldn't ever dream of going there again. I genuinely couldn't believe how rude they were.
I believe in supporting small businesses, and have never left a bad review before, but after wasting two hours of my life yesterday, I think in this case it is warranted.

I have been dithering on having this treatment for some time, went to see Kim and she explained everything thoroughly. I am booked for 5 treatments but have seen marvellous results after the first visit.

Recommend Kim and this treatment!

Excellent customer service, Kim listened to all my questions and answered them thoroughly. I booked a course of treatments with her, the laser machine itself is amazing and I have already seen positive machines. Those IPL's are old school! Highly recommend Kims, The atmospher in the clinic was also very nice and relaxed.
