Welland Valley Drainage

On initial contact, father & son team were great, and did a good/quick job of damp proof coursing our home. Upon cash payment, I was told he would drop in the receipt that very evening. I have called no less than 5 times asking for a receipt & guarantee for the work they carried out, and promised someone would drop it round the same evening. So far I have been waiting 4 months, and he still tells me "It's in the van, I'll pop it round later!"

Very disappointed with what seemed like a very efficient professional business.
