When ever I need Euros I go here. It is a small shop located at the back of the Grosvenor Shopping Centre at the start of St. Michael's Row. They have the best rates in Chester, they will normally beat Thomas Cook hands down. Quick professional service. They have recently introduced tiered rates so the more you exhange the better rate you get.
They operate commission free, they get their money because the exchange rate they offer is slightly below the real exchange market rate. But it is better than most high street exchanges.

Once again Eurochange has come out on top. Had some left over Euros from holiday, When I got them I got a note to say they would buy back 30% of them at the price at which they were sold. They bought them back at 1.10 and the rest at 1.20 when Thomas Cook were offering 1.27 and Marks and Spencers 1.22
