Hi guys, I have indepth knowledge on these matters as a relatively recent ex-employee. I’ll be honest, I now work for a much more reputable security business after the awful experience I had here.
I’d be happy to offer any help or advice with regards to any questions you have about this. The plot really has thickened and although it may have an impact on your credit score I really don't think legal action will take place!!!
If you need any help removing or replacing the system, I’ll be happy to talk to you about that too. No strings attached, no sales pitch, just honest advice.
Please message me directly.

Hi! I too have been having problems with my easydentic. I am from the USA and of course, no one is here to help me. I have two scanners and one of the scanners has turned blue and stopped working. Can you tell me how to fix it or what I can do? The rest of the system is fine.

They use incentives to motivate the sales guys to get deals however they can, this leads to people ripping people off and being fraudulent to get a deal.
Avoid, they are cheating you out of your money for something that doesn't cost more than £10 to manufacture.

I used to work for this company as a technician and was made senior technician after a while, it was only then that i found how rotten the company was and discovered fraudulant activities! These guys are now in administration and so i hope they dont hassle anyone else but beware they wont go without a fight. They operate under different names and the ones i know of are Eden, Oytech, Innovatys and Safetic, so beware!!
I will now apologise to everyone that i installed a system in, i needed the job and hated every minute of it. I did the best possible job with the time and materials i had and i hope my clients saw that. The product idea is a very good one but the way it was sold is a very bad, decieving method and strings people in a web thats very hard to get out of.
One thing i do know is they do not ask customers to sign a cooling period waiver so if your system was installed within 14 days without signing a consent form you contract is legally null and void….

You can try powering the system down, the readers always jammed like you have found and just needs a reset, another annoying quirk of the system! I dont know if the install is similar to the UK but you should have a white power supply box somewhere with the controller inside, disconnect the battery first and mains power second, then power up on mains first and battery second(battery power spikes and blows the PCB). If it keeps happening you might need a new reader.

thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I really appreaciate this. I have been searching for months for help I don’t have a white box, I have a black box inside the box with the harddrive looking board. The green light on the board is lit up. I am not sure if both lights should be on or does one blink? I unpluged everything and still nothing. If i need a new reader, where could I get one? no one state side will touch this. Would i need another sagem or would any reader work? Thanks again and again

I was suckered into installing this system into two of my sites. Neither have ever worked but the company who is dealing with the finances says I’m under contact and have no proof of dissatisfaction. No happy.
Please do contact me. I will be trying to complain to trading standards. -

We are also in the same situation, Howard Kirk visited our site, and we were informed that it was a trial period, subject to 3 months notice, and that as part of the conditions, we would be expected to provide a good reference to other potential customers, we have since been informed that we have signed up for 60 months and are now being chased for costs by Parfip…..can you shed any more light on this?

nurserymanager, 10 July 2012:
I have not paid them a penny. Suggest you report it to the Hammersmith trading standards, your mp, and anyone you can think of. I refused to pay them and told them to take me to court and wind the ltd company up. Parfip in France seemed ‘genuinely’ surpised to hear of their sales ploy. they have not bothered me since, but I still have their stupid system and will have to pay someone to remove it. Did you sign the blessed contract? the law does not seem to be on your side, even though they lie again and again ….. Grrrrrr………. how can they keep doing this?
-

I am in the same situation, only this time the company who has supposidly bought them are going around saying that you havent paid your monthly instalments and behaving in a threatening manner, when i informed them that i had prove i had ive heard nothing,i am 3 years into a 5yr contract so will be cancelling my direct debit and will then fight it out with them, bullying and fraudulant something needs to be done.

and now they are threatening legal action if i dont pay £6800. Can anyone tell me if they will follow through? I cannot and will not pay – any advise anyone ?Oh and did you know they are in administration? is that better or worse for me?
my rating is minus 5 million stars!! – not as above

I fell for the sales pitch hook line and sinker
Basically I was lied to all the way though the sales pitch by the salesman he told me I was picked to be a trial site and a show site for the company As this is new technology devolved by Vodaphone! I later found out its been in this country for 4 or 5 years so a very very big lie.
He told me that its a Vodaphone based company that provide the funding for the equipment a very big lie and as it turns out they are a company called sfr that only provide their sim cards according to Vodaphone they have never done business with them.
He told me the security guard back up was from Axa Assistance (on there sales broachers) again a lie as according to Axa have never done this sort of business with them again a lie.
He then told me it was Europe assistance again the same a lie.
After asking there head office and support staff for many weeks what company they use to provide the emergency guard all I got was lies and bs confusion. A tech guy later told me off the record ‘they have never sent a guard out in the many years he has worked for the company’
I was told during the sales pitch if I wasn’t happy or the system was not suited to my business I could have it taken out after a months’ notice and as it was a trial site there would be no penalties. I asked for an e-mail proof to confirm this prior to install only to be told by a jumped up sales manager ‘sorry you are stuck for 5 years now and there is nothing you can do’ believe me mr salesman there is a its called miss selling and its against the law !!!!! trading standards are all over this.
The alerts do not go off every time they are set off and they are in French and they sell the contact to a finance company without telling you which I believe is morally wrong and unlawful.
TAKE ME TO COURT FOR THE MONEY I DARE YOU !

Hi Colin To cut a long story short, i used a solicitor for letters to say i was taking the system out and not paying they where not having it, but when they went bust earlier this year communication with them stopped, i still get monthly invoices from parfipp but have still not paid them and i have not had any comunication from them about non payment ??? it willl be 2 1/2 years now, i have taken the system out and boxed it up safe, i did get an invoice from the administrators for install of equipment i think, but i forwarded my paperwork from the solicitor disputing payments with the company and why, and the administrators where ok with this. not much use to you i am afraid ?

This company is the absolute worst company on earth. They use LAWYERS to try to scare people. I worked for these scumbags in the US and they are 100% liars and thiefs. They cannot keep any marketing managers (ie, sales reps) because they lie to the sales reps. The US market is going down and I am going to make sure that it happens!!! These guys are garbage from the top, down. If you have had a bad experience with them than post, post, post it everywhere on the web. Spread the word!!!!! Easy Dentic is terrible. Do not buy from Easy Dentic. Mike Smith who use to work for them is actually having girls that still work there steal lists from Easy Dentic of their clients and is giving them to another guy named Allen who use to operate CN-Biometrics.com out of jersey City. Mike Smith is actually friends with the sales manager. WOW. Their own two girls are taking the client lists and giving them to ex employees. Holy cow. Sounds like Easy Dentic has aloooooot of internal problems that even they do not know about. Hey, Easy Dentic why don.t you look at your two girls that are STEALING your lists from right underneath your noses.
Also, If you do a search on google you will see that the Easy Dentic lawyers has actually been able to oversees get comments about them censored. That wont be so Easy here in the states for you Mark. Love how you fired Brad Isenberg when you mark are the real problem. You re inept, cocky, arrogant and you sexually harrass women. You truly are a scumbag.
Brad Isenberg was the best thing you had.

Helpful note from a long standing security pro I have installed and serviced biometric systems for more than 6 years in more than 100 sites and still look after them. So the systems do work for 95%-99% of users. I have worked in the security industry for more than 20 years and have managed a number of large companies so the costs are what you should be looking to pay for good value. Any less then you are getting low quality rubbish always ask for 3 reference sites and call them up checking on the internet that its not just a fellow sales number
A good access system inc biometric, pin,card,£1790.00
CCTV (4) 600tvl day/night cameras internal\external DVR £1750
Intruder alarm £1150
Installation of the above £1250
So you would be looking at £5,940 + Vat £1,188 total £7,128 1st year is always covered, then maint (fully comp 1 visit per year) is £550 per year + vat 110 total £660.00 get this agreed on company paper pre installation.
So you should only pay £9,768 inc VAT works out at £162.80pcm or £1953.60 per year for 5 years (get a bank loan for the £7,128) this is for access cctv and intruder alarm.
With fully comp you should only pay for the call if it was anything other than the equipment installed not working the battery should be changed foc after 3 years
Hope this helps

Avoid like the plague.
We fell for the sales pitch, we were even promised a security guard if there was a system failure - what was I thinking??
They are absolute rubbish - do not return calls, respond to emails or fix their equipment when faulty.
Currently we have 2 qualified teaching staff opening the doors????

I couldn't agree more. They offered me the first six months for free and then proceeded to chase me for the amounts. They lie, they don't return calls or emails. They even sell the contract on to a third party finance company without telling you.
AVOID.

If you value your business, see through all the sales patter, offers of a partnership scheme in your area, which has been running for 3.5 years since it all started in the UK and, if you have been silly and naive enough to have made an appointment with one of the 'Marketing Managers' which is really their term for a sales rep, then either cancel it or if they turn up at your door, send them away. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY OR ITS PARTNERS!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! because once you sign (they always ask for a decision there and then, with no time to think about it) then they will pursue you till the end for all the money promised by you in the contract!!!

Thanks for the advice. What you said is exactly the 'patter' I had.
Read the contract- what a rip off. Now found equipment that will do the same and more for a couple of hundred quid - not the £6,600 they wanted from me! Great review!
-
fox65, 19 October 2010:
Agreed the "patter" is a bit double glazing but see through it for what it is and its not as bad as you think...we have had their system for 2 years and have had no problems. I looked at so called cheaper options but they offered nothing like the quality and capacity of the easydentic system. I also like the fact that I don't have to pay call out charges or repairs, our system is on the outside of our building on a busy road and has been vandalised by kids several times and every time they have been out to replace it and it hasn't cost me a penny more. We knew when we signed up that the partner offer is just a way of getting you on board but when we compared the product and services it was still the best option...
Just wanted to offer a counter view! -
sue34, 19 October 2010:
I have found they offer the best option out there, great service, fantastic product. No call out charges, nothing extra to pay for piece of mind. The "marketing reps" are only doing their job, selling a great product that works!!
-
Ant72, 19 October 2010:
appreciate that everyone will have a different view point on this, depending on their own experiences...... but just think...... free call outs? ? £150 per month for five years = £9000 for a unit that costs about £200 for them to buy? Come on!
-

how far has anyone else taken this? i am at the point where they are now thrteatening to file to bankrupt my company because i flatly refuse to pay them…please help
there are clearly a lot of people out there who have bad experience but they have quelled the flow of web based complaints with optimisation…….

Unfortunately you will need Butler Safe to come and resolve this issue for you, there are too many versions of software and firmware to try doing anything yourself and you will have also lost all your saved fingerprints and will have to enrol everyone again. I sound like an employee again…. i’ll hang my head in shame for few weeks now.
Thanks for the reply. I actually got some decent support to start with direct from eden via email. They sent me the manual for the LDMV2 controller and the supposedly correct version of senatorFX, but i ran into further problems trying to update the firmware. I just encountered problem after problem.
The firmware eden supplied me with didn’t work. Eden stopped answering email because i assume the technician answering the emails had run out of ideas. Without putting more time into the whole thing (i already put around 24hours of time and effort into it), we’ve decided to rip the system out and purchase one of these instead. http://www.chinavasion.com/china/wholesale/Surveillance_S…
