I emailed Crystal Clear Cleaning about coming to my house to give a patio clean. Richard bombarded me with a number of emails over a course of JUST 2 DAYS with no response from myself as I did not have access to the internet. I said I would not be happy to proceed with him as I felt pressured to use his company and he responded with “Thanks for the complete waste of time, cost and effort.” If that’s how he communicates with people, i’m not sure how they get any business at all.
Will NEVER use, nor recommend to others.

Hi, we are 3c cleaning co ltd. we did not bombard Christina with e mails. One e mail responded to her query, another one day later answering her question. Then 2 single e mails in 2 days, asking when we could pay the site a visit. In our experience, time is of the essence regarding patio cleans, as normally clients are keen to get work done ASAP, for family parties etc.
We then received a blunt e mail but were still unaware of the client being miffed. We have done nothing but be professional up until the point where she sent an e mail, knocking our approach. We then did reply, with ‘thanks for wasting our time’ because we genuinely feel that Christina did just that.
This is the first bad review we have ever received and we never even got to meet her??? We spend money on pay per click adverts and we could really do without people like her.
I have been in this industry 20 years, have a superb reputation and have met people like Christina before. I strongly advise anyone doing work for her, to give her a very wide berth. She is not living within reality!!
