I was so pleased that I decided to have a massage with Anwar, he is sensitive and intuitive, the life guidance and advice he gave me was really helpful and much appreciated. After the treatment i went on to recommend Anwar to my friend and I look forward to having a follow up treatment. 5 stars (it would only let me highlight 4)

My massage with Anwar was a wonderful treat. He managed to loosen some 'industrial sized knots' in my neck and shoulders. I am feeling the relaxing effects two days later. I would highly recommend Anwar.

Anwar really helped a neck sports injury. We explained what he was doing and helped me gain insight into the probelm and how to prevent it in the future.

I found Anwar's attention, intuition and care made it more than just a massage. It's a mini-healing process from the stress that you know and some that you're not even quite aware of.  It left me feeling a little more ready for the next day! It's a shame the hour passed by so quickly, will have to book a longer session next time!

I had been suffering from prolonged pain in my shoulder and back, due mainly to the nature of my work and the habit of bad posture. A friend who often has therapy for her back, advised me to have something done about it before it became more acute. Having never had therapy for my back before Anwar made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I left his practice feeling very relaxed, and the pain I had was considerably reduced. I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

I suffer from Anxiety and have decided to try all possible natural ways of reducing it. Anwar’s massage is one of them! He is giving me “de-stress” massages on a regular basis and I have to say, every time I see him, he leaves me with a great sensation of well-being! He combines the massages with breathing exercises which enhance the whole experience and help take all the stress out of me. He makes you feel very comfortable and is a very friendly person to talk to!

I’ve been lucky enough to have some amazing treatments over the years and seen some fantastic specialists but I can honestly say that one treatment with Anwar far outweighed anything I have had before.  I had a mixture of acupuncture and massage and although I was terrified of needles I didn’t feel any pain and Anwar’s calming and healing nature totally put me at ease.

Whatever your reason for seeing him I’m certain he can help.  The man is incredible!

I went to Anwar when I was in severe pain from an inflamed nerve causing lower back and thigh pain resulting in sleepless nights and untouched by medication (and I am a doctor!). I had a combination of acupuncture and deep massage and stretches which did the trick. Later I developed upper back and shoulder pain (one injury almost always leads to overuse/misuse of other muscles) and returned to him.Just returned.Feeling great. A gentle therapist with a suitably strong massage-style coupled with an easy and welcoming manner.

I had a massage with Anwar because I had a really stiff neck and back. It was the best massage I have ever had, and this comment comes from a person who has been to many spas around the world, and had many massages! I am so glad I found Anwar! he has a natural intuition for finding the exact massaging style to apply due to all those years of preparation! I highly recommend Anwar as your massage therapist.

I had massage for a sore back with Anwar. His relaxed manner and good communication set me at ease. His intuitive and skillful treatment helped me a lot.

I would reccommend Anwar and intend to return for further treatment.

This man has the hands of a healer. He has helped me with my back pains & also given me homeopathy & acupuncture treatment over time. I once had a bad cough for months & on the first day of consuming his homeopathic medicines I noticed a change and felt much better, I had tried all kinds of syrups & treatment before this that did not work.

His massages are wonderful also I go back again & again just to keep myself toped up. MUST GO!!!

Receiving a massage was a wonderfully individualised experience, tailored to what I needed at the time. He is able to do both depth work and more relaxing massage a combination which has helped my tense shoulders and back immensely.

It is clear that he is very experienced at working with people's health and wellbeing and I would not hesitate to recommend his treatments.

well-being and nourishment were the feelings i was left with after my sessions from anwar. time afterwards to slip into a comforting healing space in which energies balanced and renewed. the sessions are skilfully conducted and attention flows naturally to where it is most needed. anwar's intuitive sensitivity is very well attuned.

I've had massages to a very painful small of the back problem. Over time and regular treatment, not only has it gone but is much stronger due to the help and advice Anwar has given.

On occosions of suffering from severe colds, I've had acupuncture which had helped to really clear out the breathing and headaches, making things a lot more comfortable and bearable.

Anwar has a lot of experience and a wonderful calming manner. I look forward to his treatments and know for a fact he has helped lots of family and friends over the years.

Anwar is by far the best masseur I've ever had - and as a trained masseur myself, that's saying something! His technique and skill are second to none, but also coupled with an insightful sense of the body's needs, adapting his technique to suit the requirements of the muscles. All of this results in an extremely relaxing and de-stressing massage. Thoroughly recommended!

Great massage

One of the best I've ever had. I consider myself an addict to massage and Anwar truely ranks up amongst the best. Next time I'm in London I will be paying him a visit.
