HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TAXI COMPANY. WE HAD A BUSNINESS MEETING AT A HOTEL IN HURLEY. I NEEDED A LARGE NUMBER OF PEOPLE TRANSFERRED TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT. I PROVIDED THE PASSENGER DETAILS AND ABACUS HANDELLED THE REST. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY, WILL DEFINATELY BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN NEXT YEAR.

Booked this company for a Heathrow airport transfer to Maidenhead after my honeymoon. Used their web booking service and had confirmation 3 days before pick up date.
On the day they never turned up. I phoned them from the airport and found that they had not arranged my taxi and said they would call me back.
However, when I heard nothing, I called them again. Numerous times. They just ignored my calls and then cut me off. Tried to call them from my wife's phone, which they answered then, when they realised she was calling about the same collection, they cut her off too and ignored her calls.
Aaabacus put a real sad end on what had been a wonderful honeymoon!
