As everyone has mentioned already, the staff are useless, not capable of doing anything useful at all. Using our move as an example, we liked a flat that they advertised so we put the deposit down, only for them to try every trick in the book to try to cause problems so that we would lose the flat and our deposit. This included them creating problems with our paperwork, and worse still, a day before our move day, telling us that they didn't think that we earned enough money to pay to live in London and therefore would not be able to move in to the flat that we had already put a deposit on.
We were also told that we could chose furniture for the flat when we move in, and then were told by the landlords that we couldn't once we had moved in. We have only lived here for the minimum 6 months, and we're getting out for so many reasons. I can't say where the flat is, but please don't use SAI, and i hope you don't end up where i was.

I would strong recommending another estate agent, as i believe that these individuals do not know what they are doing. These individuals are very unprofessional and are just concerned with getting you committed in signing a contract with lies. I believe these people will not just take your money, but put you in misery for years. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE.

Dealing with estate agents in general can be a frustrating experience, but dealing with SAI properties adds a whole new dimension to finding a property. It’s not a pleasant dimension either. It’s one of those really crappy dimensions where everything is run by arrogant morons who can’t turn up to appointments on time and fail to provide any useful information at all. I mean seriously – you’d be better off going to a dimension full of spaniels. Uneducated spaniels at that.

As someone actually moving into a property "managed" by this company, I can say that this company is disorganised, the staff are insufferably arrogant (they seem to consider laughing and rolling their eyes as a sufficient answer to most questions), incompetent and completely uncooperative with regards to the unreasonably large amount of paperwork they demand without good reason (or right).
The office is tiny and intimidating, with said delightful staff lining the back wall like a panel of tiny judges, and quite frankly the room smells like a public lavatory.

There's a real jerk working in the company who told me that it's not possible that there is a 2 bed flat for 240 ppw, although it is on the Gumtree. And that he has no time to check email (while sitting in the empty office doing bloody nothing). This company SUCKS.
