I bought a very nice suit from Rocco for my son's First Communion. The service was fast, no problems at all. I had to return the first suit I bought as it was to big for my slim 8 years old. There was no problems with money return and everything was sorted within a week. I ordered a smaller suit and it fits perfectly. My son looks absolutely gorgeous in the Joey's stone beige suit!

I was a bit nervous having read the negative reviews so choose to call them first. I spoke to a lovely girl on customer service who spent time helping me decide on which suit would be best for my wedding and then explained the sizing to me to help me get a good fit for the boys. I ordered that morning and they arrived on the free postage the next day! I was really impressed with the quality. I have since ordered a dress for my little girl, which I ended up exchanging for a smaller size, but it was a lovely party dress for her she was thrilled.

Ordered my son's suit on Wednesday and it arrived the following Monday. Absolutely gorgeous, really pleased with it. Perfect for our wedding abroad. I have never had to order this kind of outfit before so I can't compare the quality to anything else but it looks and feels fantastic! Suit jacket, waistcoat and trousers all for the bargain price of £29.99. Not sure why everyone is moaning, if you want high end you have to pay high end prices! Thank you roco clothing, I would definitely order from you again

As my son is at a very awkward size, I was really happy with the customer service at Roco Clothing. During my experience I spoke with a number of people, all of which were very helpful with the sizing information I required. When I got my suit it all fitted very well and the quality was superb, I would definitely recommend them to people in the future.

Thank you so much for your excellent service!  I ordered my son's shoes online from Dubai last week, and less than 24 hours later had already received a phone call from his granny in Scotland to say that she had received them!  Ultra quick, hassle free delivery - very impressed.

We arrived in Scotland for the family wedding on Thursday and granny brought the shoes with her.  Gorgeous little shoes, excellent quality and after 12 hours of my toddler running riot at the wedding, still looked brand new.  He looked adorable in his little kilt outfit, topped off by the cute shiny black lace-up shoes, and he loved them!

Thank you so much for such fast service - it was one less thing for me to worry about!

Caitlin in customer services/sales was extremely helpful and dug us out of a big hole for our sons prom night.  The Tux that we ordered was good quality, they even sent us extras to cover all eventualities and said to return what we didn't need.  Would definately use them again and would highly recommend them.  Thank you Caitlin.

I don't fully understand all the other negative feedback here. I did have to call a few times to get through, but I can't really blame them if they are dealing with other customers when I call. I know I spoke with a girl, and sadly can't remember her name right now, but she helped me pick out my suits and I received them quickly after even I hadn't paid for any special delivery. I don't know where else I can go to get suits like these for my son and I am very happy that I found them.

the suit i recieved was of rubbish quality and when i returned it i recieved no refund and sent 5 emails which i never recieved a reply for any they also do not pick up phone calls i will alson be reporting to trading standards!!!! as far as im concerned they are nothing but a bunch of thieves!!!! DO NOT USE UNLESS YOU WISH TO BE ROBBED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rococlothing has a huge range of kids formal wear. I have purchased a suit for my young brother and I was really pleased with the quality of the material and the overall finish of the suit. He looked smart and sharp on the day of his communion. Great company to get cheap formal wear for kids.

Excellent overall service, I contacted the company before purchasing a suit and I was advised the best sizes to choose. The staff were very friendly and helped me through the whole transaction, I received my item quickly and was extremely happy with the quality of the suit.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They took my money (£55) for a boys wedding suit and nothing has arrived. As with the other reviewers below, their phones are always engaged during office hours and they don’t reply to emails. The specail event has now past so I had to get a cheap black shool suit for my son who was bitterly disappopinted. Utter rip-off!

Absolutely rubbish! They dont answer emails, their phones are always engaged during office hours! I ordered for an event for my son. I will be reporting them to trading standards. I dont believe any of the above views are from 'real' people to be honest!

I ordered a suit 15 days ago and haven't heard anything back since then. I've tried calling their customer services number for days but it just rings out with no reply. The Christening that I was buying the suit for is just around the corner and if they don't get back to me soon I'll be forced to pay for another suit elsewhere. Everything about Roco looked great but their customer support is non-existent as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn't reommend them based on my experience. If you are keen on ordering from them try ringing them 1st, If you don't get through don't order.

I would like to thank all at Roco for an excellent service, we ordered two boys suits for our forthcoming wedding in May one of the suits was to big (my fault) sent it back and got a smaller one two days later.
