This post office is the worst ive ever been to.
the staff all need to be dismissed and new staff sent in!
there is a distinct lack of knowledge and customer servies,
the manager Mel Wing is a vile lady! she hides behind the glass window and just abuses customers verbally and then walks off!
i wouldn’t even employee her as a street cleaner!
if Royal mail / the owners of Mercuary News ever read this!
you really need to get your act together and sack the lot of them!
they also bad mouth other post offices in the area! this is no way to do business!
stay clear and go else where!
