Forget Grafton street, this is easily the best place to shop in all of Dublin, probably all of Ireland. Packed with every shop that you could possibly require, I would make sure you don’t go here unless you’re willing to part serious amount of money as the sheer choice available there means that I have never left without clutching at least a half dozen shopping bags. You can get there easily from St Stephens Green on the Luas tram system, and the short journey out of town is totally worth it to visit this shopping mecca.

In between shopping I would thoroughly recommend stopping for a coffee, milk shake or cake in the Butlers Chocolate Cafe. I think its the perfect place for a pick me up when you’ve worn yourself out with all the shops, the Baileys cheesecake in particular is divine.

As for the shops themselves, my personal favourite would be Urban Outfitters which sells quirky, vintage- style piece, but then again you simply can’t beat Penneys (the Irish equivalent of Primark) for value.

Go there, you won’t regret it!

I love this place! It has something for everybody. There’s mens clothes, jewellery, bags, women’s fashion, books, gifts and loads more.

It is a bright open space which makes it very appealing, as it’s horrible when you feel claustrophobic in a place. The layout of the centre makes it an enjoyable place to shop.

There are many cafes situated throughout the centre and a main food area upstairs, so you can never go hungry with smoothies, muffins, bagels etc there to fill you up.

The shops are obviously the best thing about the place. Several times I have gone there and bought my entire winter/summer wardrobe. Prices vary from shop to shop. My two favourites would be;
River Island - which can clothe anyone from young teenagers to middle age women. The clothes are a little expensive but usually great quality.
Penneys - This is the other extreme of the scale. Everything is so cheap in this store. I tend to buy underwear,socks and pyjamas here but they sell normal clothes too. I wouldn’t be a great fan of these as they can be a bit ill-fitting, but sometimes you can find a hodden gem! They also sell really nice jewellery, not expensive at all.

Other favourites would be BT2 for makeup and Bershkas and Zara for clothes.

For men my dad tells me Best Menswear is very good!

If you’re near the centre have a look in, I can’t gaurantee you’d be out any time soon though!
