Fabulous service, quick delivery. We bought the Strider Bike for my 2 year old daughter at Christmas time. She has been playing with the bike in the house since we got it. Today we took her to the park I was really impressed on how she could go it. She is lifting her feet up already. Its a fabulous bike I am glad I didnt buy a trike for her.
Fantastic service bike reached us in a few days even with all that snow. My son loves his new big boys red bike. Highly recommened.

Not great customer service. The bike they sent was rusty and took days to swap it. They then left me with the old to dispose of

hi jim bean, i dont recall you as a customer.
As our customer reviews say on our website we have first class customer service.
We would not allow customers to dispose of bike as it has to be sent back to the main distributor and photos have to be taken of all faulty goods so they can be retured quickly and professionaly.
