Adria House is a gem of a bed and breakfast and outclasses the others in the area for the same price. I’ve stayed in 4 B&Bs on the same street and 5 in the area and Adria House is without a doubt the nicest, friendliest and cleanest. The rooms are large and lovely and there are Wifi hotspots throughout. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Princes Street and next to Calton Hill.
