This shop was voted ‘Bookseller of the Year 2005’. It is one of Dublin’s few independent bookshops.
The shop sells a variety of books, including poetry, childrens and gardening. It also sells music cds and greeting cards.
Coffee is on sale and you can go to a small garden out the back with garden tables to read your book. Authors evenings also take place, where wine is served.
The shop is run by two really nice women, who will help with any of your queries. There is a 10% reduction for three books or more, or if you are a member of a book club you also get a reduction. Ordering can be done by phone and fax also.
This place is worth a visit if for nothing more than experience a bookshop other than Easons, Dubrays, Hughes & Hughes etc.
