Tutbury Castle

Tutbury Castle, Had a day out here about 5Years ago they had a psychic fare with stalls and psychic readings etc. It was a large castle also ruins . There were historians telling us about the past. A cafe, and plenty of history. They had an historian telling us about Mary Queen of Scots who was imprisoned here. They say she haunts the castle even now.

Bit disappointed, there is nothing there!! Wouldnt rush to go again the views from the bit that is left are spectacular but i think it was expensive to get in and not worth the money at all. They do hold special evenings and days there and i have been told these are worth going to, in fact it has evan been on telly. If you do decide to visit make sure it is a nice day because i found there was no shelter there if it rains and its very cold if its windy.

a lovely old castle with ruins,holds regular events throughout the year,the next one is festive fun from sat 22 nov - sun 23 nov,xmas fair with crafts and gifts,father christmas,hot food,mince pies,a beautiful christmas tree in the great hall.also haunted happenings ghostly events.

I went to a wedding here and i have to say its a beautiful place for such an occasion, even just visiting tutbury castle is a really good experience, i would love to do a ghost hunt there.
