Clifford and his team helped us no end when our office laser printer decided to pack up on us. A swift call to PCs Made Simple resulted in a new machine being sourced and available for collection within 24 hours. I worked at home for just over 5 years and had to purchase and maintain my own laptop. Clifford and PCs Made Simple supported me with my IT issues, answering my calls, talking me through certain idiosyncrasies experienced and when faced with intermittent “blue screens” took the laptop away to be serviced. Considering the life expectancy of computers, this particular laptop had done well to last that long, but once returned, no longer crashed, had sped-up, was a lot cooler (the fan wasn’t constantly on) and generally seemed to be running more smoothly. He extended the usability of the laptop and although now not getting the daily use it used to, is being used periodically like any other home PC. I would have no hesitation recommending Clifford and PCs Made Simple to anyone needing IT support and maintenance

My wife has a rather elderly laptop computer and she went to PCs Made Simple to see what could be done to get it to work better and quicker. Rather than take it from her for two days and charge her when she returned, the very helpful man in the shop asked her to leave it with them for just twenty minutes.

On returning to the shop she was told that she needed to move some photos to another drive which was nearly empty and also run some malware software which PCs Made Simple had loaded onto the machine.

We did as instructed that same evening and the machine is now running much better and much quicker.

PCs Made Simple said it was not worth spending too much on an old machine. Oh yes… the cost of this great advice and software???

Thanks to Clifford and the team at PCs Made Simple I have a nice new laptop that actually works fast enough for me to actually get some work done. My previous dinosaur laptop kept grinding to halt when I had more than one thing open at a time, which was incredibly frustrating.

Thanks to some expert advice and a great value product I I have been able to continue working while at home or on travels, without any frustrating frozen screens!

just went to this shop and asked 4 a sata power cable which costs 1.50 and they pulled one out of a load of spare cables and said thats a fiver i said no thanks i can get a new one for 1.50 to which his response was well suit yourself so for his lame attitude lack of manners and rip off prices i will not go there again and would recomend ez computers in winton or ebay where you could get new for cheeper than pcs made simples seccondhand goods
