Apple Store UK

The staff are unhelpful and lie.  If you have children none of there products are suitable especially the iphone 4S these shatter very easily. rather buy another make.  I am so put of I thought apple was a good make and was going to but the laptop as well but now I will buy another make.

Typical Apple store; clean, tidy with very helpful staff. I had no intention of buying anything and the helpers left me alone.

I love the apple store situated in the new Midsummer shopping centre part. Spent many a happy hour or two in here while the wife shops. They have all their latest laptops and iPod equipment on display that they are happy to let you play with. If your wife has dragged you out while the footy or the cricket is on what better place to catch up on the latest. The only thing missing are chairs and a coffee bar. As they say if only Carling made Apple stores?

The Apple store in Milton Keynes is not just a ‘shop’ but it is a shopping experience. Everything looks very smart and tidy in there and it never feels busy even when it is.

They have all of their laptops, desktops, ipods ad speakers out for you to trial and each of the staff have their own ipod on them too, which is a really nice way to get a feel for something you are planning on buying.

All their staff ar every helpful and friendly and they are really knowledgeable in what they are selling.

There is also a service upstairs which will help you fix any problems you have and answer any questions you have.

It’s a really nice place to visit, even if you don’t have the money to buy!
Parking nearby at reasonable prices.

Ladies, the opening of this store is the best thing to happen to this mall. Drop your guy off here, and chances are he’ll be more than happy to browse around for a couple hours while you shop!
But seriously, Apple stores are amazing. Their staff are uber helpful, you get to try everything before you buy, and the staff even seem reluctant to let you buy something without trying. They’re also perfectly happy for you to stand at their computers checking your email, or even the weather for all they care. A brilliant sales strategy.
They have a genius bar at this store (I think most do now a days) so if you have any problems with your mac product you can sign up for an appointment with them.

Upstairs (the glass stairs look lovely but eek! feel too weird to go up them) there is the genius bar where you can talk to someone who knows their stuff. If you log onto the apple website you can book a session with a genius there.
I recently had to have my macbook repaired as the dvd drive had failed. I was booked in to see a genius within a day, I took it in at 10 in the morning. I was told it would take around 5-6 days to do but had a call the next day to say I could collect it. And here is the good bit, it was fixed!

With the huge popularity of iPod’s, it was no surprise that this store popped up in central Milton Keynes Shopping Centre. The Apple store is reasonably large and pretty spacious, allowing people to peruse all the latest technology. There are usually several members of staff on the floor and they are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about their subject. I recently wanted to purchase an iPod but wasn’t too clear on the technology and what the different variations could do. I thought this store would be the most likely to be able to help me out and I was not disappointed. If you’re into your gadget then this is the place for you.

Apple stores are the same the world over some are slightly smaller, some are slightly bigger but they are all staffed by friendly, helpful knowledgeable people who are selling some of the best equipment available what more could youask for. Oh you would like to be able to access the internet free and check your email or the latest football scores - no problem. A wonderful store offering great products.

Orange-shirted concierge at the door, rows of iPhones, iPods and iMacs. Yup, it’s an Apple store. Lots of helpful staff on hand. Genius Bar upstairs has some people who really know their stuff; one, for example, is a programmer of the old SGI Iris, meaning he’s been doing techy stuff for well over a decade.
