Beware Dixons is not DUTY free you are paying VAT on all goods even if your flight is going outside the EU I asked about vat free and was told "Do you see anything saying we are duty free" that to the shop is in teh duty free area. So beware.

Dixon travel North are a great bunch of people who are ready to help and advise. Having brought a laptop by apple i realized after my hols Apple had ungraded, i had opened and used my laptop but this was not trouble for Dixon staff they empathized with me and ask me to visit high street to exchange this was not possible I returned back to Dixon travel, dealt with Tonia who was so helpful even offering to collect my laptop from the post office deport on her way home very very good customer service!

All the people i spoke to, Tom and Graham, at Dixon were equally helpful.

Lovely to see great customer service in this new age we live in.

I have shopped here a few times on my way between UK and Germany usually buying forgotten bits and bobs such as phone covers, power leads & headphones.

Nothing out of the ordinary really, good prices, quick service.
