Ted Baker (North Terminal)

Very disappointing experience, unhelpful staff, really couldn't be interested in whether I purchased anything or not. Your clothes are lovely, your staff and customer service is disgusting!!!

I bought a pair of shoes before my flight to Barcelona and when i arrived to Barcelona and wanted to wear my new shoes i realized that the shoes are not the same size as indicated on the box!!!!!!! Of course i got upset because I would not be routing back to London for my return flight to my home country.
So I called Ted Baker shop and explain the situation. All they told me is that i have to post my shoes all the way from Hong Kong to Gatwick and wait for result.
Be careful, always check the items thoroughly your purchased before you leave the shop.

Very unhelpful staff! I bought a pair of shoes and dress before my flight to Barcelona and when i arrived to Barcelona and wanted to wear my new shoes for the event (the reason why I bought it ) i realize that the lady who sold it to me (very pregnant one) gave me 2 right foot shoes. Of course i got upset (now i had no shoes to wear for the event) , but I decide to exchange it in 3 days when i am back in London airport.
Of course when i returned to Gatwick i was at arrivals and could not get to departures side where the shop was. My flight home to Cape Town was from Heathrow where i found Ted Baker shop and went there to explain the situation. They wouldnt take the shoes as they said they don’t want to be stuck with the same foot pair! And I do? Do I want to be stuck with it? It was a fault of your colleague! And you are the same brand Ted Baker its easier for you to exchange it! All they told me is that i have to post my shoes all the way from Cape Town to Gatwick (since its too difficult to do from Heathrow to gatwick!) and wait for result.
Be careful, always check the items your purchased before you leave the shop as they can fool you and will not help!
