Review of Aylesbury Waterside Theatre from 9 December 2012

Went to the waterside today with my mum who is disabled and can honestly say the staff were absolutely amazing. They couldn't have done any more to help us. The stewardess even helped my mum to her seat by lending her arm for support and moved her walking aid out of the way for us, brought it back at the interval and end etc. The panto was brilliant. We had lots of room so not crammed in like other theatres and the seats are comfortable. Ticket prices are reasonable too. Will definitely go again and recommend.

As with every public place, no smoking, but drink all you can even if you spoil the evening for others. The Drifters were amazing, but had to battle against whistles, shouts and loud off-key singing from inebriated members of the audience.

A great facility but the tickets to many shows are priced far too high. A deliberate ploy to keep out the 'hoi polloi' I suspect, as appears to be the case with all of the other ATG theatres.

Review of Aylesbury Waterside Theatre from 1 July 2011

The new Theatre though costing over £42m has been repaired several times already! The entrance door is very narrow to get in. Hopefully there are large fire exits. There are no cental isles therefore getting into or out of your seat is a problem for everyone. I would hate to be in there if an evacuation was needed. The tickets and refreshment are far too expensive. However the shows put on are generally very good. Hopefully one day they may make a profit.
