Cars Connect

Very dodgy company.  I was arranging mini cab to pick up my friends from and to the airport.  They quoted me one price but charging my friends higher prices.  My friends didn't tell me when they did it the first time.  I wouldn't be using it again if I had known.  When they dropped off my friends at Heathrow, they told my friends to stay inside the car unless they paid for what they asked for.  I called the company to dispute that and they simply denied the quotation they gave me.  Very horrible experience!  If I have a choice, I will not even give it one star.  Avoid at all cost!

Used this company last tube strike. I had a taxi booked to take me to heathrow, but was let down by a text saying the taxi had been cancelled. After a quick search on qype, this company came up local to me. Taxi arrived in 5mins, as they are based two roads from me. I normally pay just over £60 from AL, they charged £35 and I'm sure its the same model car used by AL. Thanks guys, will be using you again.
