The Arena is a large vanity mall built by the Herzliya marina by the beach. It has a wide range of shops and designer boutiques as well as a large selection of restaurants and cafes (including 2 sushi restaurants and an Irish pub). The Arena is a nice place to do your shopping at during a sunny day, as most of the cafes are on the outer side of the mall, but you may find it to be somewhat empty during the week, as most Herzlians prefer to do their shopping at the Seven Stars mall (see separate review) which is closer to the inner city and cheaper for shopping.
A nice place for outdoor lunch in the summer, try the italian restaurants on the side of the Marina.
